ok I leave in 16 days!!! getting nervous about my dolphin stay please help me out hahha. I always stay Disney property love love love Yacht and Beach tell me I'm gonna be ok hahah

what are you worried about??? You're gonna have a blast!!!

We just got back from my 1st trip staying at the Swan. We LOVED it. Going back in Sept to the Dolphin hopefully!

Loved the resort grounds. The convenience to the 2 other resorts were wonderful. Every night we were out walking around to Epcot, the boardwalk, beaches and cream......

Pool was great. I did laundry 3x and never had a problem. staff was super friendly. Overall I'd say a better experience for us than a disney hotel (!!) b/c of the resort size and all the options to do it NEVER felt crowded, even on Mem. day weekend! Always had a pool chair and never waited for food. We're going to go back in Sept for a week & we're staying here again! I think we're going to try for the Dolphin this time b/c the food is mainly all in this resort and my son wants to stay in the bigger bldg. with the cool fountain....... I'm so glad I tried it!

I'm so happy we have another "happy customer"! :dance3:
Isn't it the best?! :cheer2:

I see you are from L.B.I. - my dream is to live in Cape May some day. Some adore Disney, but Cape May is MY "happy place". :goodvibes

I was like you before our first few stay's at the Dolphin.

My sister got me to move over several years ago since she had free room's. The room themselve's are much nicer the BC, except for the tiny bathroom. The sink area is fine. Bed's are much more comfortable and more luxurious. They give you REAL glass wine glasses.

Il Mulino is one of our favorite restaurants in WDW.

Don't worry, it will definately feel lik WDW.

FYI Swan and Dolphin fans...you might want to check this thread out.

Restaurant.com has added a bunch of S/D restaurants to its roster, including Blue Zoo, Shula's Steakhouse, Garden Grove, Il Mulino and Kimonos. House of Blues at DTD is also included.

You can purchase a $25 certificate for $10. Enter the code EAT at checkout and the cost is reduced to $3!!!

Certain restrictions apply - Minimum 2 entrees. 18% Gratuity added prior to discount. One certificate per table - but it's still a decent savings.

Bon appétit!

Thanks! The House of Blues certificate is regularly $15 for a $25 certificate, but the 70% discount greatly helps! I ordered Garden Grove, Il Mulino, Blue Zoo, and House of Blues. As much as I enjoy a good steak, I decided to pass on Shula's. I'm glad they have no expiration date.

It says they can't be used with other certificates or coupons, but I wonder if you could get the 20% Tables in Wonderland discount and use the certificate towards the balance?

Thanks for the head's up! I purchased one for Garden Grove for our 1 night stay at the Dolphin prior to our cruise. What a great deal!!!!

we are trying Il Mulino for the first time at the end of the month. Looking forward to it, as I've heard some great reviews. I'm always leery of "unknown Italian" restaurants, as I am Italian, know how to make it right, and have fabulous real Italian restaurtants in the NY/NJ area. We never eat at "chain Italian". I'm hoping Il Mulino lives up to our expectations! :goodvibes

You should get a $25 Il Mulino gift certificate from www.restaurant.com for $3!

Thanks for passing along the info! Do you know if there is an expiration on the EAT code?

Thanks for the info! I pickied up a few for GG. My Dh wants to try the BBQ dinner buffet and I really want to try that almond crusted french toast! I am gonna check the menus on the other restaurants available to see if we will be dining there and then order a few more!

I just wish we were going sooner than December :santa: I am so looking forward to our Dolphin stay!

The Restaurant.com codes change often. If you are a member, you will get frequent emails. The discounts range from 30% to 90%. An 80% just ended a few days ago. There is always some discount, generally in the 60-80% range.

80% now, using code SAVE. That is as low as I have seen it, though they do 80% probably every 4 or 5 weeks. They have done 90%, but I have not seen that.
