I know a few people on here buy stuff and get it delivered to your hotel.
We are staying in Pop next month and my son wants a wrestling t-shirt and i thought i could save money on delivery if i order one a few days before i leave and get it sent to the hotel.
Could anyone who has done that let me know what they done do you have to let the hotel know in advance or should i order it the nite before i leave so that i would have checked in before it is delivery.
Thanks in advance!

I am ordering some journals and things that will cost $30 to ship here. I just emailed the company and checked if they would deliver to the resort and they said it is fine. (Mighty fine at $4 shipping ). They have told me how long to allow for US delivery time. It is no problem if it arrives before you do. You need to have the lead name for your resort booking on the package along with your check in date.

A couple of years ago I had an Amazon.com delivery made to AKL so that it would be there when I arrived.

On the delivery address, I put my name, c/o AKL and the hotel's address. I also included my reservation number for the resort staff's reference. It got there fine and was waiting for me when I checked in.

Don't you worry about giving your resort number to a third party? I know it is probably fine and makes it easier to track at the resort but I prefer not to give too much info.

That never actually occurred to me to be honest. I did it on the recommendation of numerous people on DIS boards who had experience with shipping parcels to their resorts.

My Brother has sent stuff to us at WDW from NYC and never had a resort no just our name , we just collected it in the lobby ,No problem

I've done this numerous times, I usually place my order a week before I leave. :thumbsup2

Just put your name & check in date followed by the resort name & address.
