Hope you enjoy it Julie. We stayed there for a week last July, great for access to MK on the boat but we felt the pool let the place down.

Well, we have a private villa with pool booked for the following 2 weeks after.

We had a look around the Poly last year and the pool was heeving but it was Easter. I heard they were renovating the volcanic pool area this month.

Poly is for DH who wants to be able to go for an evening drink in a nice lounge. So he will have a few options like Grand Floridian or Comtempory or even MK. Just thought it was a change for him as he doesn't go out at home.

My parents have booked the Polynesian for 14 nights over Christmas and New Year and its £368 a night

They've never stayed on-site before so they wanted to do it in style.

Its with Disney US. They have code ID6 out for 40% off August 15th thru Oct 2nd.
Don't think you can do it online, by phone only unless anyone knows how to enter a code on .com

i just looked at that link - those are incredible rates!!!
better than what they typically offer for AP rates..
wow!! oh i said that already....they must be really hard up for bookings...

i can't believe those rates....too bad we're not going at that time..
almost worth booking just to get that rate..

Thanks Wayneg, just what I was about to say but you beat me to it.

We are on the mailing list for mousesavers.com, I think when I tried to book the rate online, I'm sure it stated you have to book 5 days, when we only wanted 3 nights.

When we spoke to Disney Reservations directly and gave them the code they already had our address on their system and ok'd the rate. They sent us a e-mail with the reservation details on.

Hope everyone else gets the rates too.
