Holy Eatin' Batman!! Six Days on the Deluxe Dining Plan Pre-Trip Report!

Hello all!

Leaving for the Wilderness Lodge in just under two months and after great debate, changes, more changes and more changes I finally have nailed down our Delectable Dining Plan!!!

So let's skip the introductions (for now) and get to the good stuff. The ADR's!!!!

Drumroll please....

June 22nd - Departure Day!
Off we are on our 15 hour drive from Maryland!
I am sure we will stop along the way to eat at some point.
Cracker Barrel?
Waffle House?
Wherever it is the eating will have begun.

June 23rd - Finish Driving & Check In Day!
Breakfast - Grab something at hotel
Lunch - Grand Floridian Cafe
Dinner - Whispering Canyon Cafe

June 24th - DHS Day!
Breakfast - Snack In Room
Lunch - Sci-Fi
Dinner - Prime Time

June 25th - Epcot & MK!!
Breakfast - Akershus (can't wait to see the princesses!)
Lunch - Teppan Edo
Dinner - Tony's

June 26th - Rest / Resort Day
Breakfast - Cape May Cafe
Early Dinner - California Grill
Late Night - Room Service?

June 27th - AK Day
Breakfast - Donalds
Lunch - Yak & Yeti
Dinner - Artist Point

June 28th - MK Day
7:30 - Whispering Canyon
12:55 - Crystal Palace
TBD - CRT

June 29th - Departure Day
Breakfast - Ohana's

Then it will be the looong drive back home again!!

So those are the plans. Any input would be great! I am so excited for this trip, more so than usual even ... more about that later!

Ok, I love you choices...they include some of my favorites; GFC, 50's PT, CG, and AP. But driving from Maryland? We fly out of BWI and there are some great deals to be had on Airtran and Southwest. Plenty of direct flights, not more than 2 hours in the air. Just curious, why the 15 hour drive?

I am actually rethinking the whole driving thing. I signed up for DING today in the hopes I may get a good SW rate. Right now it's only 104 each way which isn't too bad. Even still you can drive with 4 for half the cost.

Also, truth be told I used to be deathly afraid of flying. Only done it twice and was a nervous wreck the whole time. However, in my old age I am chilling out a bit (LOL) and I think I could fly now ... so maybe we will this time!

I also kinda wanna drive so I can stop at cracker barrel. Yum.
