Two tables? Or can they squeeze us around 1?

11 people at one of those tables would be very uncomfortable. They only seat 8. They will probably seat you at 2 tables.

we had a party of nine and it was tight... highchair had to go on the corner, and didn't have a place to eat from (no tray)... definitely two tables for a party of 11...

I'm thinking two tables for sure, unless three of them are infants. Even then it would likely be two tables.

1) You will end up with at least two tables.
2) How near each other can be a problem.
. . . one may be close
. . . one may be further back in the eatery
3) Also, the seating time may not be the same for the tables.
. . . not all tables are ready for seating at the same time
. . . some tables just get empty faster than others
. . . so, part of the party might get seated and finished before the other
