Are these appetizers big enough to eat as an entree?

Can you please tell me if the following appetizers would be big enough to eat as the main meal at these restaurants? Or maybe the appetizer plus a salad? To give you an idea, I'm not a huge eater, I tend to eat a Lean Cuisine and a fruit most days of the week at lunchtime, and then for dinner I tend to eat 3 or 4 ounces of meat or chicken or fish, a salad, a cooked vegetable and a starch (i.e., 1/2 cup of rice or pasta, a potato, etc.). Thanks!

1. San Angel Inn (lunch): Tostadas de tinga (tostadas with chicken)
2. Chefs de France (lunch): Flatbread Alsacienne (sp.?) (the flatbread with bacon on it...considering this if I don't decide to try the quiche)
3. Kona Cafe (dinner): Potstickers together with the Kona salad

I can only answer regarding the Chef's flatbread sizes and I found them to be more than enough for a meal.

You get 4 potstickers- the regular size I get at Sam's in a big bag to cook here. I didn't try or see the salad to know if that would have been enough.

The flatbread is quite huge. Last time we split a flatbread between the 2 of us and took an onion soup each and it was a perfect size meal :goodvibes
But I do prefer the quiche to the flatbread if you ask me :thumbsup2

Yeah, I have a feeling I will end up going for the quiche! I love quiche and I'm sure that is the place to have it!

You can get quiche anywhere...the flatbread is not to be missed...and yes, it's big enough for a meal.

Is it really that good? Maybe DH and I will have to get escargots (I know he will get those), a flatbread, quiche and just share it all!

The flatbread will fill you up, potstickers, salad probably, but I don't the tostados will. I believe you only get 3 like they serve at La Cava del Tequila, it would be a very lite meal.

3 tostadas for lunch should be fine for me...especially since it would leave room to snack around the world afterwards! Desserts at San Angel Inn don't appeal to me (from what I read on the menu), so I'm thinking that we should get some pastries in France instead!!!

Definitely go for the pastries at the shop in France! We always eat one dinner in WS (usually Nine Dragons, then walk leisurely around the lake to the Patisserie so that DH (and the rest of us, lol) can indulge!

On our last trip we enjoyed the chocolate mousse in France very much! We have 3 days at Epcot on our July trip so I am looking forward to trying some more treats from there!
