Candlelight Processional Dinner Package Cost ??

Hi. Yes, I'm planning December events. I looked through the DIS info on the Candlelight Processional Meal Packages and saw something that confused me.

We are interested in a lunch package and the 5:00 pm show. Here is the pricing:

PRICE FOR LUNCH PACKAGE FOR THE 5:00 SHOW
Tier 1 $32.99 adult $17.99 child 3-9
Tier 2 $38.99 adult $12.99 child 3-9
Tier 3 $51.99 adult $13.99 child 3-9

The prices go UP based on the Tier, BUT the child's price for Tier 1 is HIGHER than Tier 2 or 3. Is that correct or a mistake? Does anyone know when these prices will be published for this year?

I was a Cast Member during lasts years CLP and I don't remember any kids meals that were $17.99!!?? I think that is an error!!!

That was in fact the case. The only tier 1 I believe for Lunch was Beirgarten. (Dinner added Garden Grill.) It is a buffet, so I think that's why it cost more for kids.

Thanks. It seemed a little goofy, but then again, your logic makes sense.

We want to try Biergarten so we're thinking of doing this. Now to decide if reserved seats are worth $40 the first week of December or do we take a chance on non-reserved seats.

What day of the week are you going? If you are going mid-week early in December...I wouldn't bother.

We did CP on Dec 16th, we had FD so I didn't mind so much, but the extra dining credit for a seat (and an Appetizer I guess) is a real rip off. Even OOP, your paying like $13 extra per person for that seat. Particularly for the first show of the evening early in the month, I think it wouldn't be necessary....even on December 16th for the 2nd showing their were plenty of free seats left. You might want to line up an hour or so before show-time if you do that.

BTW, we really enjoyed Beirgarten...though I am of Austrian descent so that is my culture.
