Just a few questions:

1. So do we have to pay for soft drinks?

2. How late are the pools open?

3. How much are the games in the arcade? (ds wants to know that one)?

4. Can you wait and sign up for excursions offshore when you get onboard?

5. What time can you start boarding the ship on the first day?

1. Soft drinks are free at the drink bar on deck 9.
2. the pools are generly close sometime between 10 and midnight, the goofy pool is closed eairly on priate night (thats where the party takes place).
3. I am sorry I don't know anything about the arcade except that you have to buy a card.
4. You can wait but you might not get what you want. If there is something you really want to do I would book it eairly.
5. Boarding usually starts about noon, maybe a little before. They give out boarding numbers and you board by those numbers. The boarding goes pretty fastand is you are in the terminal when they start you should be on board by 1pmat the latetest.

What are the choices for drinks at dinner? Is there anything else to do in Nassau beside Atlantis?

Beverages, including sodas, are free at the beverage station on deck 9 and in the dining rooms. The sodas are fountain service. If you order them from a bar or room service they are in cans and you'll be charged almost $3 each for them.

Beverages available free in dining rooms include milk, iced tea, hot tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juices, sodas, etc. Soy milk is also available.

You can sign up for excursions on board IF the ones you want are still available. Some can only handle a given number of people.

Pool hours vary depending on what else is happening on deck.

Boarding starts at 11:45 usually.

Arcade cards are $10, don't know how many games this gets you. During times when the kid programming goes to the arcade, the games are free. The tween group usually does a session or two in the arcade.

There is other stuff to do in Nassau besides Atlantis. Snorkeling, walking, Queen's Staircase, Forts, Pirate Museum, shopping, day passes at other resorts, beaches, dolphins, sea lions, etc.

How do I find out about the day passes at the other resorts? On a 4 night cruise, is there a formal dinner night?

Keep reading these boards and you will see all your questions answered almost before you even think of them.

Also, go to DCL website. There is so much information there to help you. Also there are video (podcast to watch).

Good Luck:)

www.cruisecritic.com is a good resource for the Bahamas. Go to the Ports of Calls boards and click Bahamas. They can definitely help you there with this.
