Final Payment

I booked our cruise through Disney then transferred our reservation to AAA. Our AAA office closed Jan 1st and our reservation was given to another AAA agent in a different office (much further away). I have not heard from our new agent. I want to pay our final payment with my credit card. Can I pay my final payment online with my credit card or do I have to pay through my new AAA agent? I looked online and couldn't find where I could pay myself.

This is the first time we have transferred our reservation to an agent. In the past we have always booked through Disney and did everything ourselves. We can book excursions tomorrow so I want to pay in full.

If you book or transfer to a TA you must make all payments via the TA. The online facility at DCL will not be available to you, I am sorry to say, it just will not come up. You could tell DCL of your problems, just to keep them in the loop.

As soon as payment gets to DCL they update the system but is a close call now and the shore trip booking is likely to be delayed.

Unless the AAA office is open on Sunday (and I don't think I've heard of one that was!), you'll have to call their office first thing in the morning with your credit card number and a request that they put the payment thru immediately. Bottom line, you will give them the credit card number and they should call it right in to DCL. You'll be able to book within minutes after that.

Unfortunately, if your booking window opens at midnight tonight, you won't be able to do anything till the morning.

Good luck, now for shore trips you can book as soon as its paid, Palo if gone, you can get to port early and all isnt lost there is still availability there.
