Upgrade at Port costs?

Anyone know the cost to upgrade from a cat 10 to a cat 3 if you do it at the ports? Thanks!

It varies a bit....especially between a 3 night and a 7 night!

We paid $600 to go from a 4 to a 3 on the 4 night. It was $1550 to go from a 4 to a 1. I know it's not from a 10 but it may help give you an idea.

We went from a assigned 10 (booked 12) to a 3 on a 7nt for $2300. So you're looking at less than that on a shorter cruise.

Anyone have a vague idea what it would cost to go from a cat 11 to a cat 8 or 9 (or even a 6)? Just looking for a ballpark figure. We are on a 5-day Bahamian cruise.

I don't have any 5 night cruises in my chart....but extrapolating from 4 night and 7 night....I'd guess that an 11 to an 8 or 9 will be about $300 on a 5 night. 11 to a 6 is probably more like $550-$600. Remember that these are guesses based on past upgrade prices.

WHy not wait to see whether you/we get some pixie dust first. They've sold more cat 12s than actually exist and at this point the ship isn't full....although with the CM and TA rates that just came out, that could change.
