Lunch between airport and wdw

We would like to stop for lunch somewhere between the airport and our rental house in Terra Verde....

It is south/south east of the World about 15 minutes.

We often prefer to just grab lunch in the airport. There are plenty of options there.

There are many, many places to stop for lunch. What did you have in mind? Quick and easy? Chain? More leisurely? Ethnic food? Seafood?

Give me a bit more info and I'll be better able to help. (For instance there is an excellent Cuban restaurant just north of the Airport on Semoran...).
