Anyone never get their confirmations e-mailed on a bounceback reservation?

My family and I were lucky enough to get a bounceback reservation for this August, however we still have not got the confirmation e-mailed to us and called back that number listed in our room and we even called them back a 2nd time to ask for one. Anyway we were able to print the reservation on the WDW website, so at least we have that. The weird thing is when we have made regular room only reservations by calling the CRO number those confirmations arrived within 20 minutes of the booking or at worst the next day. Anyway maybe we will have better luck calling CRO to get it e-mailed then the number used for bounceback reservations. So for those who have made bounceback reservations did you have problems getting the confirmation e-mailed?

i made a 'jik';)ressie during our vacation, 2+ weeks ago (boo-hoo, wish i were there!)

email confirmation was dated the same day I made it; although just a one page version...looked somewhat different from last one i received.

I received the confirmation right after I booked with them over the phone from my room. Did you check your spam folder? :confused3

Have you ever (like ever in the history of your entire life) given another email address to Disney or had anyone else in your house provide an email address to Disney? Because after years of making reservations under my name and common email address, Disney decided that other people in my family that I've traveled with should all be merged under one account or something and then they seem to very randomly choose which email account to send reservations to. They even put my email address on my in-laws accounts (who don't live with me). I've had the original reservation sent to one account and then when I've modified the same reservation, the updated email go to another account. It's absolutely nutty. When I made my bounceback reservation, they decided (even though I'm the one who always makes the reservations and always will be) that the reservation should go to my husband's email (that he'd only given them when he registered his AP a couple years ago). It took me weeks to find it, since he never checks that account - and why would MY reservation go to him anyway? Every time I make a reservation, it's like a fun game to play trying to decide which email address they'll choose this time. :rotfl:

Soooo... short version without rant, LOL: Check for other email addresses.

We booked 2 rooms for next December at the GF while we were there and we got one via email and the other in the mail? Go figure. I was also sent a survey via email since I did stop to answer some questions while I was in the parks. In the comment section I told them they should hire someone like us on the boards to help with their reservation department or at the very least establish a different phone number for "disney experts" to call in to reserve. Sorta like the airport does with their "expert flying lines".

Love Love Love Disney - but they are not the most coordinated travel company.

Today I told my dad to try calling CRO and asking them to e-mail the confirmation and mentioning how we called before and were told it was sent out, only to not have it arrive and about one hour later we got it. Also the Cast Member told my dad the records show a hard copy was mailed out to us on December 20th, however none of the other Cast Members mentioned that and since were still on vacation I am not sure if we got it yet.
