Free WiFi in Lobbies? Where to watch Grey Cup?

Hi! Just wondering if LV hotels tend to offer free WiFi in their lobbies or is there anywhere else to get it? We will be staying at LuXor and Mirage. Does anyone know if there are WiFi spots in these hotels? Also, any good suggestions as to a sports bar where we could watch the Grey Cup (Canadian Football) on Sunday, November 29? Thanks for your help!

Most sports books take action on almost everything; and if they take action then they will probably show it that day. Honestly, call the hotel where you're going to be that day; ask for the sports book; and ask for the manager on duty; and ask if they are taking action on that event and will they show it in the book that day. Beware that your game may be on one tiny screen because that's a Sunday during American football season; and there will be a full slate of NFL games. But since it's the championship game, it's probably going to be on somewhere!

Re free WiFi, that's hard to say . . . if you are a hotel guest it may be included in your room rate. Ask when you check in.

As for a sports bar . . . there's a Buffalo Wild Wings at the Outlet Mall. If you want somewhere with character, there's the Crown & Anchor pub on Tropicana . . . but they show a lot of soccer & rugby there. At the Venetian, the Emeril group just took over the sports restaurant that was originally opened by Jay Z last year and they are marketing it as Emeril's Stadium or something like that. Might want to take a look!

Wow! Thank you so very much! I totally forgot that people make bets on everything down there! And just for that reason, they would be interested in the games. We'll find out this weekend if our local team will be playing in the championship and if so, I will look further into where we might be able to catch it. That Emeril's bar looks pretty cool! We will be over there the previous evening to see Phantom so maybe I could even pop in and see if the game will be on and make a ressie! Thanks so much for all your help!
