Reviews on restaurants

Hello - can anyone give me the links for the best place to look for reviews on restaurants on DDP - thank you and sorry

allears.net have dining reviews as well as full menus http://allears.net/din/dining.htm

I also use the Unofficial Guide book for info on pretty much everything, they have brief reviews of pretty much every restaurant.

I'm pretty sure the DDP section of this board has a lost of restaurants that are on the DDP, there arent many that are excluded.

Sorry me again ......... am i going mad or is there not some link where you can go into say dis board or allears ... type in name of restaurant and the reviews come up????? Know where the menus are, is it near there?

I like reading McSues reviews, they tend to like places we do, they liked Tutto Italia when many reviews said it was bad, we also enjoyed it. They didn't have a good experience at Cali grill, neither did we.

Dining forum on DIS also, read loads on there when I was looking for ideas.

I always read the ones on here . . . they usually come with great pictures so you really get an idea for the food!

Yes I do read the trip reports, just had it in my mind there was another place other than here (I know hard to imagine ) that they had these details.

Well looked through the reviews but not sure on a couple of restaurants .... can you give your personal thoughts on a few restaurants as in YES or NO ... many thanks

Big River Grille - Boardwalk - Dinner (Do not think take ADR's??)

Captaine's Grill - Yacht Club - Dinner

Kona Cafe - Polynesian - Dinner

1900's Park Fayre - Dinner

50's Prime Time Cafe - Dinner

Maya Grill - Contemporary - Dinner

May Grill - Contemporary - Breakfast.

Only eaten at 1900's Park Fare from your list. Not somewhere we would go again, it was was too busy and loud for us, crammed in far too many tables. Food was OK but just didn't enjoy the place. Didn't help we we had to wait about 45 mins beyond our res time ontop of arriving about 15 min early. It was the only meal from all our 14 that we didn't get in ontime or early.

I think these 2 are on DS's short list for next year.

Big River Grille - Boardwalk - Dinner Not eaten here
Captaine's Grill - Yacht Club - Dinner not eaten here either but is on our list to try as heard good things about it

Kona Cafe - Polynesian - Dinner Trying next time as was recommended by our CM friend

1900's Park Fayre - Dinner Not eaten here as not keen on buffets

50's Prime Time Cafe - Dinner NO - had one of our worst meals ever mainly due to the service - very long story but we are never going back

Maya Grill - Contemporary - Dinner Do you mean at Coronado Springs - if so we have eaten here on several occasions as we used to stay at CSR all the time. We really enjoy it and would go back.

May Grill - Contemporary - Breakfast. As above if you are staying at CSR it is a reasonable buffet breakfast but not worth a special trip
