First time to Disney with 3yr. twins

Help! We leave on Friday for 6 days in Orlando with our 3yr. old b/b twins. Please help me plan our itinerary. We'll be staying at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek and will do 1 day at Magic Kingdom. Which day would be best crowd-wise for MK....Sun., Mon. or Tues.? What time does it open? Any suggestions for the other days? We'll spend a bit of time poolside but my boys love playgrounds, any favorites? Is it possible to get a "day pass" to visit a pool at another resort? I'd really appreciate any suggestions, I'm a bit overwhelmed with the planning. Thanks.

Tuesday would be your best bet for MK. It generally opens at 9am, but look at the calendar on the Disney Website for park times. Unfortunatly, resort pools are strictly for the guests at each resort. However, there is Blizzard Beach (water park). Typhoon Lagoon will be closed. There is a small section just for the little ones and the lazy river is very relaxing. If you're interested in shopping, Downtown Disney great for that. There is a train ride for the twins and a playground. Also, Fort Wilderness Campground has pony rides as well as other animals to see.

Thanks for your quick reply and suggestions. It seems MK will be open from 9-7pm on the 17th (Tues.) so we'll shoot for that. Thanks for the tip on Fort Wilderness and Downtown Disney. Any other ideas/thoughts? If we ride the monorail (which I know the twins will love!) is there a resort you'd suggest getting off at to have lunch or walk around? Can we walk along the beach at the Polynesian???

Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary is a character meal. Although, being so close to your visit, it may be booked. The Grand Floridian has a beach with very soft white sand. I think you can rent watercraft too. I believe Christmas decor is up now too, check out the Gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian (if memory serves). It's amazing!

Love the gingerbread house tip at the Grand Floridian...sounds amazing! Also, like the idea of renting a watercraft. I know my boys would love it, thanks!
