Gift Baskets by Shirley!!! We need ideas and pictures!!!

The ones I got were fairly large vinyl totes with a zippered top and canvas handles. They were roughly the size of a gym bag and held a ton of stuff when we were packing to come home. I believe mine were around $100 each but they were also packed with beer and fresh strawberries as well as really nice towels, etc. Not sure what the price of just the totes are but Shirley and her team are GREAT at working with whatever price point you have. I believe they also had some smaller canvas totes as well. Give 'em a call and I'm sure they can help you out.

Wow the tote bags look huge and durable. Based on your pictures I chose the bag for my DS and a sand bucket for my DD. I just finalized an order with someone at Shirley's shop yesterday. For our cruise 1 week 4 days from now (hey but who's counting?). I can't wait to get it! They really are all super helpful. I'll post a picture when I get back.

I called two weeks ago to order baskets/pirate chest for my son and husband. And let me tell you everyone that answers the phone there is so nice and friendly. Just got home from our 1 week DCL cruise and wanted to post that the roses lasted all week long! They were excellent quality and beautiful. Thanks, Perfect Gift!

Sorry I can't find the pictures, but Shirley did a great basket for DH on our 2005 cruise. He loves Goofy, so she did a large sand bucket with shovel, his name on it in Goofy stickers. Inside were a great orange mug, coffee, snacks, a Goofy watch, a Goofy T-shirt, and a few other goodies I can't remember right now. It was waiting in our room when we arrived, and boy was DH surprised! It was worth every penny!!!

Oh my, these sound and look gorgeous! I am definitely going to have to get one for DH for our Feb. cruise. Do you think she can put in Macanudo cigars? (Those are the small ones in the tin.) And Godiva chocolate bars, and champagne, and Mickey champagne glasses? Wow, there's so many possibilities. Do you just give her a list of everything you want, and then she shops for it and puts it together? Throwing in water and soda sounds good too, because that way we won't have to carry it on. I, too, want to think this through before I call so I don't leave anything out. I am so excited about this because I just went on the DCL site the other day to look at their offerings, and nothing really appealed to me. Great timing to have found this thread. How much lead time does she need? Thanks.

They were even able to find a pink one for her! The kids really like the chips, since we really couldn't find chips (beyond regular Lay's onboard) and drinks (Gatorade & Capri Sun) because they really don't have those on board either. The folks at The Perfect Gift are really nice to work with. Thank you!

I am so glad that they held up as well as they did - the thing about the shop is that we do use high quality flowers regardless where they are going.

Melody made a fantastic basket for us for our Dwecember 5th cruise. We did get photos of it before we unpacked it and of all the loot after. I need to get DH to hepl me transfer the photos to the computer though--we have a new camera that I cannot yet operate well

I was stunned by how wodnerful it was. We moved to Germany last February and I wanted stuff for all of us that we cannot get here that we miss. Melody just had me list of all kinds of things and said she would see what she could get and it was chock full of pretty much EVERYTHING. She had rootbeer for DD, cream soda for DS, Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix for DH (which he was wishing for, not knowing about the basket, on the Wednesday before our Saturday departure--I called that late and she got that added in!!!!), york mints, Butterfingers, lots of Peanutbutter cups, whoppers, milk duds, cracker jacks and so many more goodies AND wine for DH and I in the cabin, a magazine surprise for me, frisbee for the beach, flashing pirate necklaces for the kids for pirate night, sodukos for the kids, etc. etc. We could not et over how great it was. We have a houseguest until Wednesday but I will try very hard to get photos up as soon as she leaves.

Shirley, please tell Melody we absolutely loved the bag

I have ordered from Shirley quite a few times over the years. I travel with a sister that needs her diet pepsi! Each time I have called, I simply talk to Shirley about some of Linda's likes and dislikes and discuss what my budget is - and each time (I believe she has made us a "basket" for each of our 4 cruises) her baskets have been wonderful!!
