Good Tuesday morning, everyone!! DS was feeling puny yesterday so I missed work. I'm sure Tuesday will be a busy, busy one!!

Here's my list:

1. Up
2. Caffeinate--MUST
3. Clean DH's bathroom
4. Empty dishwasher--don't have to do this. . .it wasn't full, so we didn't have to run it!
5. DS up
6. All of DS's stuff to Mom's
7. Early meeting at work
8. Work
9. Pick up DS
10. Stop at walmart for chicken nuggets & pictures
11. Make list for this weekend
12. Continue washing laundry
13. Fold laundry
14. Watch another DVR'd "NCIS"--I may catch up on all of my DVR'd stuff before Christmas?!?!

16. Journal a few more pages
17. Go to sleep sort of early!!

SIOH, I hope DS is feeling better today.

I've got a busy day today packing today since I leave for Myrtle Beach tomorrow!!!!! I'm going with my Mom and 4 friends for a cross stitch retreat. This is our 12th year going and it's such a fun trip.

My list:
DS up and off to school
Bills
Work
Laundry
Write up instruction list for DH to follow while I'm gone
Pull projects to stitch on while away
Pack up baby Cricut & other scrapping supplies for class
Pack tea party supplies (I'm going to throw a surprise tea party for my Mom and friends while there)
Pack suitcase
Load car
Go to bed early since I need to leave here at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning

Mornin'!! Today is our Friday as Fall Break starts tomorrow!!!

DIT ~ have a safe trip!
Joyah ~ keep an eye on the back for increased pain... than have it checked for a stress fx.... (my DsS15 was diagnosised from this a few months ago.. it stemmed from one of 2 things.. a bad fall in basketball a year ago or the car accident his mom had w/ him in the car).
SIOH ~ to my nephew...sorry he is feeling puny! Poor baby.. must be harder for the pixie dust hangover on the babies than we thought!
ZTH ~ easy days are nice.. .I had one yesterday and am ready now for today!
Debbie ~ have a good day at work! Don't forget the post office!

Like I expected, I didn't get the walls primed in the scrap room yesterday, but that was because I decided to get the bathroom prepped for painting instead. So I didn't go to Home Depot, but I am still on schedule. But that makes today painting day.

and we'll see where I am after that.

Since it's a weekday, DH was at work, so I was in the house by myself yesterday. I came home and he was a bundle of energy, and of course I was dead tired. I told him, I would complain about how much manual labor I was doing while he got to play on a computer all day, but I realize that once the next month is over (all of our stuff to the house, apartment cleaned and keys turned in) then while he goes to work, I'll have the house to play in. But this is only day 4 and the body is feeling it.

Elvis did I miss something???? Prayers still being said for Peanut.

Hope slow and steady wins the race. This is why I have a log home I HATE painting. the boys playroom is sheet rock and it's awful but it's a play room god help me though when I turn it into a scrap room and have to cover those colors.

Holly school schedules have that effect in our house. God help me when I do go back to work It's gonna be a eye opener.

Nancy I won't tell I'd have so done that too.

Since he shares a room with the rat our vet said to keep an eye on him. Looks like Aphrodite probably had pneumonia, which Peanut caught, she is an antibiotics...

DD calls Elvis "a reluctant rock star" cause he rarely comes out of his little igloo

I'm slowly working through my list for today - it would go faster (but not be as much fun!), if I could stay off these boards!

Back to bed (meds making me sllllllooooowwww in the a.m.)
Talk to insurance folks (done)
Walk dog (done - did the longest since the crash - almost 2 miles today! Pre-crash, we were 6 miles a day, but I'm building back up slowly.)
Clean downstairs for DS's teacher/home trainer coming over this afternoon
Try to finish DS Raiders of the Lost Ark 2 pg layout
Assemble new paper storage thingies and get the mountain of paper sorted

Spaghetti for dinner - as we'll be missing two at dinnertime - they'll have to re-heat later.
Take nightly med and conk out!

All day long - try to remember the kind advice from you lovely ladies...slow down and be patient and let my brain heal!!! I am an anal, non-delegating to others, "Type A" personality - right, Z2H? - who has a hard time with anything else. But, none of that is going to help me get better any faster. So, I'll keep working on "being patient."
