We will be staying there with Disney Dining Plan for 14 nights! Booked tickets and everything apart from Flights!

We are going to focus on Disney and have a couple of trips off property to Celebration FL, Discovery Cove for a day and Seaworld!

I cant wait already!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think we will fly Virgin. but have to wait until January until I can afford flights! :goodvibes

Great news.:thumbsup2

Did you consider OKW or SSR? should be same price but you get regular DDP instead of Quick service DDP.
Maybe you prefer POR but if you didn't know about the offer it shouldn't cost you much to change.

great news, happy planning :goodvibes

we stayed at french quarter this year as we missed the okw/ssr offer but like wayne has said its not much more to stay at okw/ssr to PO and you get the regualr dining

Well done for booking !

We booked POR but when the offer came back changed to SSR, for only £150 more we got a 1 bed so bit more room for us all, would have been cheaper to have a studio.

We love Port Orleans Riverside too much! :0)

We upgraded from a free Quick service Dining plan to the regular Dining plan for an extra £7 a day, which suits are budget etc.

OKW is also I great resort but our hearts lie in Port Orleans.:goodvibes

No problem, as long as you just didn't know about the OKW/SSR offer.

We stayed at OKW this time, makes no difference to me where we sleep as long as the price is right, the studio was great, way bigger than POR rooms and saves us £441.00 upgrading DDP.

Only downside to OKW was dining at lunch but its only a few mins drive around to POR/POFQ to their food courts, ate there about 6 times.

We loved POR too, it is a very pretty resort. I don't really like the look of OKW.

OKW is definitely not for everyone, jen_uk was there same time as us and she wasn't impressed. For us we have a car and don't use any of the resort facilities, makes no difference if we are OKW, POR or Fairfield inn. Its the free dining that tempts us, personally POR price + £441 to upgrade is not worth it, £100/night with free regular DDP is my limit, so we have no other options than OKW & SSR, would rather stay offsite than pay £121/night onsite.

We spend nearly all our time onsite and a good part of the afternoon at the resort. I don't know what puts me off staying at OKW though, I booked my DVC yesterday for January and would of been happy to stay at any of the DVC resorts apart from OKW, I have no idea why though.:confused3
