Disney UK Booking - where do you get the park tickets?

Hello,

we've booked a WDW vacation through Disney UK and got our travel documents today - but there are no park tickets with them. Is this correct - do you get the park tickets at your hotel in Orlando, even if you booked the UK-only Ultimate Tickets? I thought you'd get these tickets before your departure? Anyone here who has booked with Disney UK and who can tell me how it works?

You don't get physical tickets, they get added to your Key To The World card when you check in.

Great question, we have booked our hotel and DDP and ultimate tickets but not flights with WDW UK. Wasn't sure if we just took our e-booking slip or if we will get something through the post.

Looking forward to receiving the WDW stuff then. I would have wondered where the park tickets were too as when you book a package trip they can't put the UK tickets on your card to the world just the tickets you buy in the USA.

We used them for our August trip. Didn't get actual ticets but there was a voucher for them. The voucher said 3x 21 days tickets plus Dining plan.
When we checked in I expected them to take the voucher from me but she didn't, I still have it. Tickets got added to room key.

we have never had actual tickets, always had them on our KTTW card, every package we have done be it with or without flights our 14 day passes went on our room key

So do you think there is something wrong? I always thought it's just possible to add the US-Magic-Your-Way-tickets to the Key to the World-card, too.

it did seem to be the view a few months ago that the UK tickets couldnt be added to the KTTW card - maybe they were having computer issues or something.

Anyway, our 14 day ultimates were on our KTTW cards (along with DDP) on our trip we just got back from so I guess if there was an issue its been fixed.
