I finally got my Toy Story Mania for the Wii... and played it for awhile today (hours??) Now my arm and wrist are so sore!!! I definitely need to learn to play it with my left arm!!

Happy anniversary to your CA life!

I found a lot more games unlocked last night. So beyond the first ring toss with spaceships, there are several variations, different ships, etc. The way you move from game to game is much easier on my phone version of the game but there are more game variations on the wii. Some of the games are way too lame, like shooting the rocket into space, the teacup game - these should have been put in a special section for young kids instead of mixed in.

It was great to see everyone yesterday - Dawn, Cheryl, Vicki, Christabel, Linda, Breezy and my first time meeting Sarah in person! She's such a sweet, warm person, I'm glad she made a special plan to sneak away from her family and play with us for a bit. We managed to do a group ride on Pirates after lunch yesterday!

Thanks for the happy anniversary! Not only did I move to be with Mr. CA but moving here has given me new wonderful friends! And I would never have met you!

Unlocked games!!! Thanks for letting me play your game yesterday, it was a lot of fun and I would never get anything done if I had one!

Oh and just wanted everyone to know I totally stink at Buzz and Donna totally rocks!!! I had 46,000ish and she had 206,000ish!

I am now the proud owner of a Voodoo Vengeance Book and Kit, complete with voodoo doll and needles! She said it is for me to use on my "mean girl" personal chef client, and I will definitely do so when I next cook for her!

Hey, just checking in. I'm sorry that I missed everyone at the meet up. Wasn't able to go. I'm needing me some pixie dust, too! Oh well.
Got to go with Zoe and her Brownie troop to see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. It was surprisingly funny and enjoyable.
I miss everyone here. Somehow, I totally missed the Mouse Adventure in Dec. Oh well.
I have a couple of friends who are wanting to join us, so I'll direct them here.
I may have missed it, but do we have an image for the groop tshirts? I know we're doing tie dye one day, and colors and this year's tshirt, but weren't we also going to do a new one for next year? Maybe I just missed that discussion.

I missed the MA this time around too. I actually have to work that Saturday, and have been asking for a lot of time off of late, so probalby couldn't have done it anyway....but gosh,the spring one was SO fun!!!

The tshirt discussion has been running in weak little circles, but I think most of us are LOVING the pirate/princess design on the first page. I am not one for cutsie, so really love it. (the tink was a bit too too for me, but I wore it with pride!!).

Michelle, I'm another person who thought Heather's design rocked. And I love the pirate princess theme.

No way could I do it left-handed... btw, have you seen there is some gadget you can buy that is supposed to make your wii controller more accurate? It was in an ad (maybe for a toy store). Looks like it is made by wii (or some authorized third party).

I learned everything I know from Stacielee. At least about Buzz and TSM. And yes, I have to allot specified game time or I wouldn't get anything else done either. That's awful there is no online game play with it though.

Hi Ladies!

Just wanted to check in from Switzerland. I've had the chance to post on facebook from my iPhone, but getting "real" internet access on a computer has been difficult. All is well here. We've moved into our new apartment, my husband has started work and the kids have started school. I am taking care of the house and cooking for the time being, though I did have a job interview with a recruiter last Friday (for a job that I would love!), so hopefully all will work out soon!

Switzerland is very beautiful. We live in a village with farms and vineyards, a cheese shop and a butcher (and also apartment complexes....new meets old, eh?). So far, we're the only Americans here as far as I can tell. I've had a couple runs since I"ve been here: one in the forest along the river and another uphill in the vineyards and farms. Incredibly beautiful but I"m way off track for any WDW Jan '10 marathon training. I"m thinking that's something that's probably going to "fall off the plate" with all the new transition stuff moving to Switzerland.

I take the kids into school by bus everyday, which is about 30 minutes each way. Then I pick them up later and during the day am basically trying to figure out where to shop and do laundry and take care of the garbage and all those little things which take so much longer to do here since I don't know yet how anything works. Spend a lot of time and money not accomplishing very much, it feels like.

Well, I'm not sure why I'm getting internet connection here at home, since our connectivity doesn't get turned on until the 24th. But I better post this before I lose my Internet connection.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. The trip is off due to financial reasons. Since my ex stopped paying child support a year ago it literally has wiped out my savings. No I don't use the support for Disneyland trips....but instead of him helping with half of Ayden's tuition last year I've paid it 100% by myself. DBF and I are both getting really good bonuses in November, but the responsible thing to do is to start up our savings again instead of going to Disneyland. I have been looking forward to our first Christmas trip. We purchased AP's when we were there in March and now I'm wondering if that was even worth it now. I know I said I probably wouldn't make the Diva trip...and that's still up in the air so we'll see. My AP would still be good then so it's very possible.

I just really feel sick about December...I'm glad I hadn't told Ayden about it.

Just wanted to tell you we have a lot in common! My sons dad just does things when it is fun for him! BUT my DBF is THE BEST "Chaddy" to him in the world Chin up, you never know when some pixie dust might come your way!

For those on facebook you already know this but we drove ALL the way downtown to the IMAX and it wasn't playing anymore! I was SO dissapointed. This is the first time in ALL the Harry Potters movies that I haven't seen it at the theaters. We usually go like the first weekend it comes out but when the last one came out we decided to see it at the IMAX and it was REALLY neat so we decided to do that again but it doesn't come out at IMAX till about a month after it comes out in the regular theaters and when it did we were in D.C. and then the week after we got back I had my surgery and I haven't felt up to GOING in forever, then Shelby got sick, then Shane and on and on. It has just been one thing after the other! It is weird too cuz the girls NEVER get sick and this year has just been a really bad year. So now I have to wait till it comes out on video I guess.

Anyway today I am off to work and then tomorrow I have to help Lynn open a bank account and then wed I have 2 doctor apts and mom and I are going to have lunch downtown in between them both and then Thursday my friend gets here from Pennyslyvania. So I am really excited for that. We have a big get together on Friday night up in Yuba City for everyone that is arriving and we are going to do our own "meet and greet" with pizza and cake at the hotel where everyone is staying and then the actual party is on Saturday at a restaurant up there. Not sure what is happening on Sunday yet. My parents are going up to Truckee with my cousins from San Diego but I don't know if any of the relatives that are still here are going to get together for brunch or anything but my friend is here till Tues so we will either get together with the family or do something with just her. Then on Monday her and I will be alone as everyone will be gone and my group will be back to school and work. So she and I will probably go shopping or something. So I am really looking forward to it all.

Then once this weekend it is over it is not long before the trip!!!!

Plus MORE good tv starts this week! Yahoo! Heros and DWTS starts tonight for those that watch those shows!
