Has anyone tried the Pan Asian Noodles? It sounds good.

Also, can you order an appetizer as your entree if you are on the dining plan?
My son would love the sticky wings as his meal. Was not sure if you could do this. I am thinking you might be able to since the apps are less expensive than the entrees????? Not sure????

My 16 year old daughter had the Pan Asian Noodles in June and she said it was good. I had a bite and it tasted as good as what I would get from my favorite Chinese takeout restaurant. We had lunch there and I had a salad - some kind of Asian chopped salad - and it was very good. My son had tacos (I think pork) and he also said they were good. My daughter had the Kona cone for dessert and that was really good!! We ended up sharing that!!

I have never had the dining plan, so I can't answer your question about substituting an appetizer as an entree.

What is the Kona Kone? I saw that and was wondering about it.
thanks

Oh - it is so good. It is ice cream in a waffle cone and I think there was chocolate sauce. There is cotton candy on a stick in the ice cream. It comes with different toppings you can put on it - toasted cocunut (that was good), sprinkles, m&ms, and I think something else but I don't remember! There is also a chocolate Mickey Mouse sticking out of the ice cream.

I had them on our first try at Kona, not realizing they had changed the recipe and they were now sweet/sour noodles with pineapple and lots of peppers in it...I did not like them at all because I dont like sweet entrees

I posted above that my daughter had the Pan Asian Noodles recently. I think I made a mistake. I just went and looked at the menus and what she ordered were the Stir Fried Asian Noodles that are on the lunch menu. They were not sweet/sour.

My DH had the pan asian noodles in October and hated them. They were incredibly sweet with tons of pineapple in them. I had a try and thought they were ok, but they were even a little too sweet for me, and I have a huge sweet tooth!

My daughter had the the noodles and didn't like it at all. She switched dishes with my husband who ordered the steak. He said it was o.k. but wouldn't order it again.

But I will add that the chicken or veggie lo mein from Capt Cooks is awesome, nothing like what you get at Kona...I could eat the one from CC all the time it is that good
