ADRs for split stay

Tomorrow is our 90 day out mark for our October vacation. I know that as I stay onsite, I can make ADRs at 90 + 10. We are staying for 9 nights: 4 nights at AKV and 5 nights at OKW. My question is can I still make ADRs for our complete stay?

I don't think so, at least I couldn't. I had 3 nights at WL and the last 7 at SSR. I made my first set of ADR's last Wednesday and the rest this morning with the SSR reservation. I tried online and it wouldn't let me, maybe if you call you might get lucky.

I believe it is impossible to make them all at once if you do it on-line. If you call, it may depend on who you talk to. I called on 6/16 (which just happened to be the first day of on-line ADRs). We have a split stay, 5 nights of free dining then 5 nights of room only at a different resort. I didn't say anything to the CM about the split stay. I just gave her my requests, starting with the soonest. In the beginning she told my "that will be one table service credit". Then she stopped that. I had the feeling that she could see that my first ressie was ending. But she didn't say anything about it and neither did I.

But I have read on these boards that lots of people have been told that they could not make ADR's for the second stay.

So, give it a try, you have nothing to lose.

Thanks for the replies. I think I will try to make the ADRs online for the first 4 nights and then try to ring to make the ADRs for the second half of the stay and see how far I get. If the worst comes to the worst, I just have to start over on Thursday for the second part of the trip.

I don't think that will work, if you are calling before the 90 day window for the second half of the stay. You will be asked for your reservation number and they will immediately see that it is more than 90 days away.

If you are trying to make your phone call shorter - it takes less than a minute to make each ADR. Most of the time is spent doing the prompts and waiting for a CM.

I'm inclined to think that you CAN make them for your whole stay. First of all, I never give my ressie number when I call, just my phone number. Secondly, you can make reservations from the day you check in and the 10 following days. I don't think it matters if you move your resort because the perk of having a reservations i to have those extra 10 days. Like, I don't think they'll look at your first reservation and say "sorry, you're checking on day 4 so you can't make anymore ADRS." 10 days is 10 days.

I don't know...I would try it...

I agree with the PP who said it may depend on the CM you get on the phone. I called as we had a split stay, 2 nights at CR before a week at AKV, and I gave him the CR reservation #. He let me make reservations all the way through. Although I know others have not been able too do that. Here's hoping you get one of those good CM's!

Well, I made my ADRs this morning. I thought my luck was in as it showed the whole duration of our WDW vacation as soon as I entered the reservation details for AKV. However, when I tried to make an ADR for October 18th, it told me that I could only make reservations up to the check out date. I wanted three dinners at Boma, a dinner at Jiko, a lunch at Le Cellier and a dinner at Chef Mickey's.

I got :

October 10th Boma 7:00 PM
October 11th Boma 7:10 PM
October 12th Jiko 7:10 PM
October 13th Le Cellier 11:35 AM
October 13th Boma 7:50 PM

I thought I had this wrapped up when I remembered that the dining plan counts until midnight of the day you check out, so I figured that I would be able to make an ADR at Chef Mickey's for the evening of October 14th. Sure enough it gave me a reservation for 7:30 PM so I decided to grab this. Unfortunately right at that moment the online reservation system went down and I did not manage to get this confirmed. Hopefully it is still there when the system is up and running again. In that case I am all set.

Its up and running now I just made an ADR online

Thanks for that. It still did not work for me using Firefox, but I tried Safari and got a reservation. Unfortunately the 7:30 reservation was gone, but I got one for 6:40 PM, which is also OK.
