Hi Oregondaddy,
Man does that look busy. I hope you will be able to keep up the pace. We have always figured in rest during the day just can't go that long anymore. I do see the water parks mixed in that will help. Just get on the lazy river for a few trips around the parks and you'll feel much better.

The only thing I can tell you is make sure you get to the attractions that don't show all the time early, that way if it rains or gets cancelled you have time to maybe make it back. We missed out on the finding Nemo puppet show last time, we waited until our last day went to AK and it wasn't showing at all that day:scared1::scared1:.

I hope you had a great B-Day

Chuck

1. Getting ADR's wanted (until Wednesday the 17th)
2. Him "officially" getting the time off (until about the 1st of July)
3. Hurricanes... Must learn everything about them and review history since the beginning of time... I did this last year also... (this will be ongoing until August...)
4. Planning and having Alec's birthday party... (He is turning 10, thinking we may get him a digital camera... What do you all think?) Party will probably be 15th of August...
5. Spend 2 weeks worrying if the dogs will be alright and remember me when I get home...
6. Start REALLY worrying about hurricanes... This begins the beginning of September and lasts until our flight leaves PDX... I have the National Weather Service website programmed into my blackberry...
7. Did I forget to pack something??? This will haunt me the entire flight...
8. How to push Terry off the plane when he has annoyed me too much... :headache:
9. Once we land... I will stop worrying... Then have fun, I swear... BUT, then as we are on the flight home, I will start to worry about when we can return...

So there you have it, I admit I have issues, and some shrink is going to make a lot of money off me... I am stimulating the economy... :teacher:

Okay to update on my stress list... Things are moving right along...

1. Done
2. Done
3. Not really stressing over it cause the ocean seems very inactive at this point, just kinda hoping it isn't the calm before the storm...
4. Still need to plan his birthday party, but have to change the date to accommodate Terry's work schedule...
5. Not too worried about this anymore cause the dogs totally love Jordan, and he plays with them and will let them cuddle with him, they will be just fine...
6. This one will start halfway through August...

I got through Terry's birthday just fine, had 2 parties...

Today I purchased Terry's airfare for August 3rd coming home the 6th to go to Las Vegas to see his aunt... She is very excited to have him come visit and help do somethings that she cannot do on her own...

I think I am doing very well on the stressing front... I don't think I will stress too bad on the hurricanes, worst case Terry has 3 weeks of in December and we will just go then...

Daddy took me shopping today!! I got a new swimsuit and cover up, and 3 new shirts and 2 new tank tops... I won't be naked at Disney World!!! :cool1:

We are 69 days until we leave! In a week we will be down to 2 months... Last year this is when time really started to fly by... We have so much going on during the summer that it helps the time go by... I think between work and his planned activities Daddy is gone more than he is home until we leave... So it will be nice to have him all to ourselves for the 2 week vacation...

Has anyone rented a fridge from Disney? They will give me a medical one for free, and the CM said that they are the same ones as the rental fridges, but last year at ASMo we saw one outside a room and it was pretty nasty looking... I am just wondering if it would be easier to get a cooler or something... :confused3

I wanted to take a minute and share a few pics from my birthday party... I added a few in here of some firework shots also...

My DD being so cute... She took printer paper, made an envelope, and wrapped up her preschool name tag and gave it to me for my birthday... She was so proud of herself... :)

I figured I would take a minute and share what we willb e bringing for in-flight entertainment... It is a long flight from Oregon, so we have to find some way to pass the time... My and DS each have PSP's with 31 games :thumbsup2... DD has a Nintendo DS with 17 games... The games in the cases are brand new and the kids have no idea about them yet ;)... DW has her laptop... Each of us have an Ipod, me and DW have the matching green and pink ones, DD has the shuffle (the small pink one on the right) and DS has the Ipod Touch...

Wow, very cool. I love buying games from the Sony Store to put on memory cards, like FF VII and Metal Gear Solid 1 :-). To put it into prospective though, we flew 2 years ago to disney and we brought the DSes and a portable dvd player with a splitter for the headphones, we found that they'd rather watch movies. We drove down last year and 90% of the trip they played video games in the car with the ps2 and gamecube. They seem to play a lot more DS now then they have before. We are driving down again this year(from Philly area) in 4 weeks!!!! Hope you have a great trip.

WOW!! Your pictures are really great!! I need to figure out how to work a camera like that!! I love the pictures of the cake and kabobs! I think that I have a thing for macro mode. I am glad you enjoyed your b-day!!

Great party pics! My DH has those same Oakley's. Looks like DW did a great job on the kabobs they look yummy!

These glasses are great! Words cannot describe how good those kabobs were...

I am still learning, but it is rather simple when you figure out how... Took a bunch of reading, and I am still a complete novice... i am hoping to really get some more practice in before Disney... I too love macro shots...

Yeah, we found movies are a way better time killer when we are in the plane... Seems like it is too cramped to really get into playing a game... I like just laying back with my eyes closed listening to my ipod...

Great photos, love the slow shutter sparkler shots... and did I ever say Happy Birthday? I don't remember :( Happy belated! :)

Happy birthday.........a little late.

I love the pics of the kids with your hat! It's always fun to see what kids can do with a prop.

I need to learn how to slow down the shutter on my camera, maybe I shuld start with reading the manual?

Okay, so every morning I check our flights and make sure nothing has changed... Yes, I am OCD, we have discussed this already...

So I just logged in to our itinerary and they are changing things... I think I caught them in the process, cause if you try and buy tickets on our departing flight from PDX, it is no longer there, but it is listed on the itinerary but you can't change seats anymore... And our layover flight from ATL is now paired with a different flight coming from PDX... So, I need to stay on top of this so they do not try and put me on a later flight... :headache:

Our return flights have already been changed, but not by much... We originally left MCO at 4:35 and got to SLC at 7:23 ... Now we leave MCO at 4:52pm and land at SLC at 7:25pm We were suppose to depart SLC at 8:05pm and land at PDX at 8:58pm ... NOW we leave SLC at 8:30pm and land at PDX at 9:21pm.. Like I said not too bad, we get home a half our later... Hopefully that is the only time it gets changed... :scared:

My brother that is in the Air Force is working on his pilot's license, he called in the middle of me figuring this out, I told him to hurry his butt up and get the flying hours in by the time we leave and he can grab Air Force One and come pick us up... Talk about flying in style... :lmao: He didn't seem amused... :confused3 I believe he mentioned taking a B52 Bomber and blowing up my house... :scared1: NEVERMIND!! I will fly Delta!!! :snooty:
