I know HRH has it. I believe the others do as well.

Just remember 18% gratuity is automatically added. Even if you mosey up to the bar and fetch it yourself

We've always encountered it at PBH at the Villa Pool, which is where we usually stay. Very good service too, all day long.

We are leaving tomorrow after a weeks stay at the PBH. We visited all three hotel pools and found that the RPR & the HRH had great poolside service. The beach pool at the PBH definitely wasn't as good as the other hotels. Although maybe it was just the day/time we were at the pool. We did rent a cabana one day at the PBH and loved it. The server that was working in the morning was terrible, however in the afternoon another server took over and he was great.
