1900 Park Fare for Dinner or Shutters??

I am staying at the CBR......
But I want a very nice restaurant but it has to be in one of the resorts?

What do you recommend.....What kind of food is there is both....

They both are good. Also Maya Grill & The Wave are really good to.

Shutters is not a "very nice" restaurant it is more of an OK restaurant, and 1900 Park Fair is a character meal.

If I had to pick between the two I def. go with 1900 Park Fair.

Kona is a cafe with a menu. Ohana meals are served family style, in other words no menu. Again two completely different restaurants. IMHO Kona has better food, but Ohana is all you can eat and is more fun.

I hate to disagree but personally 1900PF or anywhere = anywhere

Never ever again will I go to 1900PF and it has also put me off GF.

Why did you think it was soooo bad?

We love the character interaction there and did not find the food to be any better or any worse than the other buffets on property.

We haven't been to Shutters but we absolutely love 1900 Park Fare dinner. The character interaction is great. And the food is good (Strawberry soup is to die for!!!). The step sisters are hilarious!!

1900 PF is not a good restaurant, the food is terrible...I would go somewhere else.

Kona and Ohana are nothing alike, I love Ohana and Dh is a fan of Kona, cannot go wrong with either of these

Try 1900 Park Fare. You pay for the character interaction, which we thought was great. Not just for kids, but there were a ton of little girls in their dresses. It was somewhat noisy, but we were in the "back room." Much quieter.

The Step Mother & Step Sisters were a hoot! Loved them. One wanted to waltz with the husband, but luckily (or unluckily) he was at the buffet. I would have loved to see that!

But our other options would be for resort dining:

O'Hanas

Maya Grill

Kona Cafe
