it took me a few minutes to realize the pic of the spot with all the empty chairs was R&C! Awesome pics, I love it when it's empty!

I thought it was very pretty, would not have wanted to have a ressie there that week, they probably had very long waits since it looks like half of their seating is outside and thus would have been unusable.

I live in flip flops except in the dead of winter and they are pretty much what I have worn to the parks in the past, no problem. That particular pair was new though and not comfortable AT ALL. If I had worn any of the other pairs that I brought I would have been fine.

We moved on to the big aquarium where we saw a diver feeding a stingray. After the diver left the stingray started to swim around and all the fish started following it! It reminded me of Finding Nemo with the stingray teacher and Nemo and all his little friends swimming under and behind him.

Lessa, I don't know your mom's name, and I don't know how I missed this on the regular board. I've been trying to spend more time on the pre-trip boards and I keep begging for another moderator, but no one seems to listen.


I just want to comment on the above statement.
First, I can't believe this was your first time in the aquarium, lol.
My dh made us spend a lot of time in there and we watched the demonstration of "feeding the fish". We learned that they feed the stingray's, the stingrays are messy eaters and the smaller fish follow along and eat the scraps left over.

Just what you wanted to know.

Looking forward to your report, I'm still trying to get my dd's on a cruise this summer, a last minute cruise and time is running out. And then I was watching the weather channel, and they are hounding the channel with hurrican predictions, so who knows.

I think I hi-jacked your thread long enough.

Your F&G pics are just awesome! We didn't get as many pics as we planned to because of the rain . But I wish we would have stuck to our scedule and went to Epcot on Sunday too. The empty WS pics are great too! It's also easier to take pictures without people walking in your way. I have to show DH your B&C pics, he will want to go back to Disney just for the food . Too about the chocolate chip. I have looked at your pics on FB but will not missing your TR .

Thanks for the info on the rays and the fish, I had no idea! If you do go on a cruise while a hurricane is approaching they simply alter the route that the ship sails. Also there is a lot of stuff going on inside the ship that you can do should you encounter rain, well at least that is how it is on a Disney Cruise.

Nope, I got my skirt at Gap a few years back. It is one of my fav summer skirts.
