WOW I saw everything you both did I am impressed I am an organized planner too maybe you can give me tips.

I have a system for the souvenirs, I pack all of the clothes into the medium black suitcase, I then place the medium black suitcase into the large black suitcase... I then use the large suitcase to bring home the junk, oh I mean souvenirs... :rolleyes1

That's a really good idea!!! I never thought about that!!! I also like the food idea that someone else posted

I have been working on our schedule while Terry went out and played with his camera, he should be home soon... Once he gets home I will have him take a look at it, then we will post it and see what everyone here thinks...

I also unpacked our suitcases and repacked them... Updated my list for what I have and what I don't have...

I found the kids' dog tags that we made them last year... I wanted them to have something on them that had our phone numbers, so I went to Walmart and made them the dog tags in the machine... Alec's is Batman and Tailor's is Tinkerbell... They worked out well last year, they either wore them around their neck or we put them in the shoe laces...

I finally got around to posting some more pics... Here are a few pics I just took of the shirts we made for our trip.... We got the designs from the boards, then I helped with the computer side of the work to customize them... We printed out the design, and then we ironed them on... It turned out to be really easy to do, and the best part is, no one will have shirts like these...

The first set is matching shirts with our names, and the second set is our family costume we will be wearing at the MNSSHP... Check them out...

these are soo awesome!!!!!!

You're vets by now so I don't have to tell you how to plan your itinerary, especially since T has her many itineraries and contingent plans.

I would maybe have an off day where you have nothing planned other than your meals. Even that can be subject to change. It gives you a chance to stop and smell the roses so to speak. Laundry can be done. Postcards can be sent. You can sleep in.

On your Epcot days if you get there at opening and stay until closing at least 2 of those days, that 3rd day you can get there at opening stay 2-3 hours and then head back to Pop and have lunch and some relaxation time and then head back for dinner and Illuminations....

Just some thoughts.....you guys are young. I used to be like you. Now I need my naps and down time....:rolleyes1

I completely agree with the down days Jordan... The day 6 and day 8 where I have listed water parks... Really that means I will be going alone to the water parks as DW doesn't care too much for those and stays at the resort to catch up on laundry, relaxation, and so on... I will come back by early afternoon to enjoy the second have of the day as a family... I may take both kids with me to the water parks and leave DW at the resort by herself... Either way, those are the non-park days and up for changes as needed... Good ideas though, I like the 3rd Epcot day where we head back to Pop for a little while, and back to Epcot for the show...

We are very much "go with the flow" while we are there... If we get tired then we will just go eat and blow off the park for that day... We have 2 weeks... Plenty of time...

I had actually contemplated not getting the water park option and just having Terry add it to his ticket when we get there... Is that possible? I know I can't call and have that done before hand since we all have to be on the same package... But I think I heard you can change tickets when you get there... I don't really care for water, and the kids don't care where they swim, as long as they get too... hmmm....

I love your shirts!
I wish I could get my family to do matching shirts but they won't.
They have no problems of posing with a guy on a stick, but they draw the line at matching clothes.:confused3

:worship: WOW, that is some great stuff you have made. Those are amazing shirts. I am loving this PTR!:thumbsup2 I love reading about other obsessive Disney planners .

I love love love your shirts and all the goodies that you have for your trip!!! I love your itentary. I would love to go for that long what time. There is so much to take in, you can't do it all in only a week. Can't wait to read more!!!

Thanks for the clarification!:thumbsup2

I use my waterpark days as down days too as I can only go around the lazy river a few times and then I need a nap....

I'm trying to help my new friends out by making sure they get some rest!!!!!

I'm glad you are a go with the flow family. It's nice after you do all that planning to let it go and just enjoy each other's company.....:thumbsup2

Perhaps you can change tix...not sure?

Just found your PTR - we're going in Sept, too (but only for 4 days ...) ...

WOW great shirts and your Plans look great.

It is nice to have something to look at your plans are an overview of everything you want to do I am glad you are not doing your plans by the hour or minutes :thumbsup2. Everything looks great HallowishesI have never done that can't wait until you go on this trip for pictures. :dance3:

Believe me, we have already said that all these plans will probably go out the window when we get there, but we try to at least have an outline to follow... We could not do a vacation that is scheduled down to the minute.. I have pictures from Hallowishes from last year if you want to see them...

just hopping in now and loving reading your PTR !! we will be there in Sept too - albeit not nearly as organized as your family :)

What time in Sept are you going? Welcome aboard!

I figured I would post a few pictures of our "children" we are leaving at home during this trip...

This is Baylee... She is 8 yrs old and lazy as she can be... She is a complete sweetheart and loves the kids.

This is Twila... She is Tailor's kitty and we have had her for 2 yrs...

These are our girls... Introductions will follow...
3595791698_6110ebe2ed.jpg

This is Gracie... She is 7 yrs old... We call her our heffalump... She loves to play fetch, but loves to sleep even more!

3595790074_087399a1e2.jpg

This is Shelbie aka Shelly Belly aka Shelly Belly Bug a Boo aka BellaRoo aka Rufus... :rotfl2: She is about 2 yrs old and loves to play... She has brought a little youth back in Gracie... At night, if we are not in bed early enough, Shelbie will put herself to bed on my side of the bed :headache:

This one was just funny... Toni will be mad that I posted it, but oh well :rotfl::rotfl2:

One last one of BellaRoo just cause she is so cute! (Even though she dug a huge hole to lay in!)

Now, while we are gone, we contemplated putting the dogs in a doggy hotel, but Shelbie is a very nervous creature and likes to be at home... We got a hold of a good friend of ours named Jordan and asked if he would mind house sitting... His response was "You want me to stay at your house, eat your food, use your heat, and watch your tv??? Heck ya!!" I have added a great video for your viewing pleasure that will explain what he will do for just $10... It involves an electric bug zapper... Please excuse the dark lighting, but you will get the picture... Just click on the link below...

Jordan in Action!!
