Mmmmm.

I LOOOOVE that last pic!

And NOW I GET IT!!! About the school bread.......... that looks heavenly.

 I guess there is a bit of difference between illusive and elusive, that's what I get for typing faster than thinking. LOL! Thank you for your input about the camera, I'm wondering if it's to much for me. I don't like to have to put to much thought into taking a picture when I need to take one quick. :O)
But! Then again, I've wanted to start taking photos with more thought, so this might be THE camera to start out with. hmmmm. :scratchin
:lmao: You know I didn't even realize your spelled it differently then me. I wasn't paying attention, which one is right? :rotfl2:

I really think you'd like my camera, I know I do. Christine (2xcited2sleep) has the same camera, maybe she can give her opinion about it too! :goodvibes

I don't know why I didn't post that school bread pic before but I figured you all who were curious about it would like to see the inside. :thumbsup2

I am so glad you are feeling better today:goodvibes! Found a few new things in Norway to find like I have with all your pictures! Last time was just too fast and furious, going to take time to look this time around.

If you could PM the princess design, that would be awesome...maybe all of us girls (me, my friend and her daughter) will all wear the shirts...

LL~is it wrong that I'm selfishly counting down the days until you get back home? I CANNOT WAIT to see your pictures! :hyper:

My guess for number of light fixture pics taken is 413. :thumbsup2

Thanks for writing such a great PTR...I haven't been posting much anywhere lately, but I've been reading! :goodvibes

I think I have the older version of LL's camera. I have a Canon Power Shot S3 IS and I love it. It can be very simple if used on auto and then if you decide to get more technical you can use the manual settings. I put it on action last trip and just snapped away during Wishes, I ended up with lots of good shots, would have been even better I guess if I had a tripod. I dont think its hard to use at all on the auto setting.

LL I think you have me convinced, I must try schoolbread on the next trip. It was never anything I wanted to try, but you make it sound so good.

Ugh LL I feel like such a bad friend for not seeing your vent post :guilty:

Good thing the others a great at checking your updates to give you such great advice.

Take it one thing at a time. Don't worry about the little things. Just be excited that you are going to the Happiest Place on Earth. Things will fall into place. :grouphug::hug::flower3:

You are in the home stretch now, my friend! Woo-hoo! Love the Norway pics. That is a fun pavilion. Schoolbread, however, just doesn't appeal to me. :confused3

Glad you are "over" the park bag. You'll make it work. In terms of the items you bring, maybe drop the extra batteries? Those suckers are heavy. If you're re-charging every night or on afternoon breaks what are the odds that your batteries will die? And if they do you can always make an emergency purchase. That happened to me in AK with "our" camera and I just bought some regular batteries and plugged them in and it worked fine. They weren't terribly expensive.

Loved Jen's list of all the things you guys are going to do! :goodvibes:goodvibes

Regarding "our" camera, I like it a lot. I am not good yet at taking nighttime pics but then again I also have not read the manual yet. :rolleyes1 I totally agree that a lot is trial and error with the settings.

LL I love your pictures. I can not wait to try Schoolbread. I love coconut and it looks so good. Only 8 days left!!!!!!!

Ooooh Schoolbread. I love how you listed it twice. :goodvibes

I'm glad you have kinda figured out your park bag dilema. Sounds like Jen will be able to help a lot for the days she is there-I'm sure it will all work out just fine.

I hope you are able to relax some soon-don't stress about the little details, just roll with it. Easier said than done! ;)

I've never noticed the trolls in Norway-they are cute!!

Ooooh Schoolbread. I love how you listed it twice. :goodvibes

Me, too, 'cuz I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of it twice! :):)

And I'm glad you cut it in two, because I can only eat half of one at one sitting. ;)

Is it time to play 'One week from today....' yet? :cool1:

Yes, last trip that was my goal. Just to take the time to take everything in. I think that is the way to do Disney. I don't ever want to do park commando again.

I've missed you, Trixie! I will put in your guess. I'm hoping to have some time to compile them tonight.

You got good shots with the action setting? Hmm. I might have to try that too. :thumbsup2

It is really good. I really can't wait to have it again, I do have this fear that I have built it up in my mind so much that I might not like it as much as I think I do. :lmao:

Oh, don't feel bad! I am trying not to worry about the little things. I have lots of plans for tonight and tomorrow so I am just waiting until Sunday for my Disney day to figure everything else out.

I think this is my favorite. Not sure why. I just like it.

And now......for your reading pleasure......... I introduce Lurkyloo's trip report.......

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2173104

This trip report is a total hoot! You will love it. Hey....you gotta do something to pass the next 8 days.
I actually do ready Lurkyloo! I love her, but I lurk. :rotfl2:

I brought three sets of extra batteries into the park with my last time so for me to bring in one is a huge step. :lmao: I think I'll be okay. I'm not dealing with anything Disney until Sunday. :thumbsup2

Yayayayayaya!

Everything will work out, I'm just ready for it to be time to work it all out. :lmao:

I hope you are getting SUPER excited, because I AM!!!! :)
Hehehe, yes. My first thought when I woke up this morning was....oh gosh, I have to be at the airport at this time next week. ;)

Me, too, 'cuz I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of it twice! :):)

I think this one really conveys how I feel today....
2866788152_8902967d20.jpg

Just a little FYI, I have a rehearsal dinner to go to tonight. Then tomorrow morning, I might have to go to BIL's college graduation. If it rains, I don't have a ticket. Please do a rain dance for me tonight, I don't want to go. Then we have the wedding tomorrow night. I am not sure when I will get to post tomorrow's picture of the day. You may just get a double installment on Sunday. :thumbsup2

Where is the Mary Poppins dress... we need to see that this trip? Have fun at the wedding... and you can have the rain we have had this week... yuck! So so soon you will be at WDW

LL I LOVE todays pictures. Of course my favorite is the one with Mary Poppins costume. I cant believe you are so close. I dont even know why I am so darn excited (its not like Im going) but I am. I cant wait to hear about everything you do and see all your amazing pictures.:yay:

Sorry to hear about your foot pain. I've been through it myself. Hopefully you'll find enough places to sit and rest and smell the roses to give your feet a break. Of course those places would have to be near interesting light fixtures.

I hear you about the anxiety before going on your trip. I was so busy myself right up to the day I left on my last trip that it took too much time out of my trip to calm down and enjoy it. We place a lot of expectations on ourselves and I'm vowing from now on to make sure I have the day before I leave on any major trip to run errands and just get myself (body and mind) ready to go on vacation.

The Mary Poppins dress is displayed in One Man's Dream in DHS. :thumbsup2

They are supposedly calling the indoor/outdoor graduation today. It's rainy and overcast so I am hoping they will say INDOORS. Oh, how sad, I won't have a ticket. :rolleyes1
