Just wondering... if I am staying at POP on a CM discount, can I purchase the DDP separately?

Probably not. A CM discount seems like it would be on a room-only reservation; the Dining Plan can only be purchased as part of a Magic Your Way Vacation Package.

Generally, Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Resort utilizing the up to 50% Discount extended to Cast Members and Employees of The Walt Disney Company and Affiliated Companies, as well as the up to 40% Discount extended to Friends and Familes of Florida-Site Cast Members and Employees are not able to add the Disney Dining Plan or any other Magic Your Way Meal Plan to their reservation.

However, on occassion, the Walt Disney World Resort will offer a Discounted Disney Dining Plan that can be combined with a Cast- or Cast Friends and Family-Discounted stay. These offers are not always available and are generally limited to Florida-Site Cast Members and Employees (i.e. most Cast Members and Employees of The Walt Disney Company and Affiliated Companies who work in the State of Florida).

To determine whether such a offer is currently available, or to book a Package, Cast Members and Employees should contact Walt Disney World Resort Cast Reservations. Guests utilizing the Friends and Family Discount should have their Cast Member/Employee contact the same.
