How many character experiences?

I am going in august during free dining and am trying to plan out my adr's
I thought that read somewhere that using your TS credits that you could only book one character dining experience....I wanted to do 1500 parkfare and crystal palace .......will i only be allowed to book one of these on the dining plan??

Nope, you can use all your credits for character meals if you like.

Last year on Free Dining we booked:

Donald's Safari Breakfast
1900 Park Fare
Crystal Palace and
Akerhause Princess Dinner

There is no limit on where you book

This year I am booking all Character meals only for my four year old because she loves them so much and we are on free dining again.

This is a persistent rumor, but one I've never been able to figure out the basis for. Aside from general availability, you could book the same restaurant for every meal of your trip, if you so choose, character meal or not.

We did 7 character meals (6 breakfasts, 1 lunch) on our March trip.

You can book as many character meals as yours TS credits allow. Each should count as 1 TS credit. I can't think of any that would count as 2......

Technically, you could book more than your plan credits allow, if you're willing to pay for some of them OOP.

CRT is 2 TS credits.

I think the basis for the rumor may come from the Disneyland "dining plan," a voucher-based plan. You receive only one voucher for a character breakfast.

I am soooo glad I caught this thread...I was planning on 3 character meals for DD (her 1st trip to Disney)...I would have been devistated if I called to book my ADRs and they told me I could only do 1 character meal!

Our first family trip (DD & DH's 1st trip ever) to the World can't some soon enough!!!!

You can use your TS credits as you wish - even, as someone said, having every one of them as a character meal!

Last year we did:

Cinderella's Royal Table, Lunch
Crystal Palace, Breakfast
Chef Mickey's, Breakfast
1900 Park Fare, Breakfast
Askershus, Breakfast
Goofy's Liberate your Appetite, Liberty Tree (discontinued), Dinner
Play & Dine Hollywood & Vine, Lunch

It was something on allears.net that was worded weird and had me thinking for the past month that I was only allowed one character dinner ....... now 4 out of 5 of my adrs are character meals
