eating at "off" times

This is our first trip to Disney where ADRs are nearly a necessity. I am seeing that places like LeCellier which we would like to try book up immediately at the 90 day window. Is that just for "prime" times, or "off" times as well? We are going the week after Thanksgiving, but we typically eat our dinners around 4-4:30. Will it still be difficult to get reservations at tough places for those times? Thanks!

I would suggest calling as soon as possible (at 90 days, if you can). Le Cellier is very popular, so you'll find that many people may take the off times simply because they can't get reservations for the more popular times. However, for less popular restaurants you should have no problem getting reservations for off times.

Several restaurants start serving dinner at 5:00 and are closed for a brief period of time between lunch and dinner. 4 or 4:30 may not be available.

Le Cellier starts dinner at 4pm.I know when I made my ressies last year My only choice for my whole week vacation was a Monday slot at 405pm. Lucky for me we eat early dinners, but most people take whatever they can get at the more popular places.Which translates into..call at 90 days and make your adrs. No time is slow time for disney restaurants since the invention of the dining plan

that what i am going to be doing

it's possible to walk into a restaurant without an ADR (even Le Cellier) but the time of year dictates the probibility of them being able to seat you.

Your best best is to be there when the restaurant opens and see what they say. Always have a back up plan.

Off times on the early side mean the servers are fresh and generally in a good mood to start the day.

We have been to LeCelliers at opening and be sure to go out front as they all sing O Canada.

I have also gone at 9 pm and it was wonderful because we ended up being the only people in the restaurant by dessert and walking through Epcot late at night is romantic. No crowds at the buses either. Just make sure you don't stay to late and miss last bus.
