"Mommy, When Will It Be Our Turn?!"--May 16-23, 2009 PTR

Today Ally had her dance pictures taken up at her dance studio. They did group shots and individual shots. We will get the proofs next week. I can't wait to see them. Last year they were GREAT! It was so hard to pick which poses I wanted. Here are a few pics I took today.

And then once we got home and she changed into her Aurora dress, I just had to take a picture of our countdown chain! It's getting shorter and shorter! Just 14 days left!! 2 weeks from roady we will be in WDW!! :cheer2::cool1::cheer2:

Thank you Jackie!! I think she's quite the cutie myself!! :cutie: I know! I cannot believe we only have 2 weeks now! We've been planning since November!! princess:
 
Ally is gorgeous Becky! Love her dance outfits and the Aurora dress. Less than two weeks to go now as we will both be there on the 16th!!!
 


This afternoon I took Ally to see the Hannah Montana movie!! We had wanted to see it when it first came out but have been busy every weekend since. So Brent watched Claire while I took Ally to the movies. We both loved the movie and I cried several times! I think our favorite song was the "Hoedown Throwdown"--so catchy!! Here are 2 pics from our movie day.

(It was pouring rain here today so I tried to get a pic with Ally next to the movie poster outside at the same time I'm trying to hold the umbrella and keep her dry)

And I've been working on filling bow orders all night. I had a request for a hula girl from a friend of mine in Florida. Once I made it I just had to make one for Ally. I thought it would be perfect for our stay at the Poly!

Love the dance pictures, Ally is a doll! The ballet costume is so pretty. Your countdown chain is really short! Glad you both like the HM movie. I tried to take Kaylee on opening day and she said she didn't want to go because it would be crowded :rolleyes1. Well wouldn't you know Hannah Montana showed up at the theater at the same time we would have been there :sad2:. Then Kaylee had to watch it on the local news and she was kicking herself. Just 12 more days for most of us :banana:.

The girls' clothes for the trip are adorable. I so wish I had a girl to dress up like a princess!

I LOVE the Tink bathing suits....too cute!

Two weeks is going to fly by! I'm excited for you! :goodvibes
 
Wow Jenny got her dance costume, too. They do pictures on the 18th. They only take 1 pose and their hair has to be in a bun. They have a very strict dance teacher. She has done so much for Jenny's self confidence, though! Your daughter is just adorable. I like your WDW countdown better than ours. More ideas for next time!!!

Jenny has to listen to the Hoedown Throwdown everytime we get in the vehicle. Too funny. I thought it was a great movie, too!

Cute movie day pics!!!:cutie: Love that you dressed her all up for the show....it's a shame I don't have daughters to take and see it, I've heard great things about it. And I was in the Disney store yesterday and heard that song and I'm pretty sure there is a line kind of dance you do to it? SOme girls were dancing in the middle of the store to it...it was too cute!!!

That bow you made is ADORABLE, you're so crafty!!! Love it.....wish I had something for you to make for me....but with three sons, I guess not...lol!:rotfl:

Thanks Nichole!!! Hannah Montana showed up in person to the theater in Knoxville?!?!?! That's awesome!!! Ally would FREAK! That's too bad that she didn't want to go. 12 more days--whoo hoo!! We'll be in the single digits soon!! :dance3::cheer2::dance3:

2 weeks--I just can't wrap my head around it--it's so surreal!! :woohoo:

Hi Amber!! Last year Ally had to wear her hair up for their ballet number. This year she wants it half up/half down. Works for me because I don't have to race backstage to redo her hair--I'll just have to get her changed. So that's a plus!! :cutie:

Hoedown Throwdown is sooo catchy!! We are just going to have to get the soundtrack!! :rolleyes1

Good morning Kristen!! Yes, there IS a line dance that goes with the song--it's really cute--it blends country line dancing with hip hop!! Yeah--I don't think your boys would appreciate it if you tried to get them to wear bows!! :rotfl:
