Hi! I'm thinking of booking a trip day trip starting Monday Sept. 28th but I'm worried it will be very busy? Anyone know if this is a good time to visit DLRP? Thanks so much!

We visited on 9th Sep (4 nights) last year and I wouldn't have said it was busy. We didnt queue for very long. We are going on the 20th of Sep:cool1: this time, I don't think its a busy period.:thumbsup2

From what other people have said previously I think it would be a good time to visit, both crowd and weather wise. :thumbsup2 Also, I think you'd have the bonus of seeing some of the Halloween decorations up.

I hope it isn't busy because thats the exact date we're going!! :lmao: We went in Sept last year and it was great- Really quiet! Might see you there!

We went that time last year and it was fab - not busy and saw loads of characters! It really was great and I'd love to go again at the same time but sadly DD1 starts school this Sept.

I think it is a brilliant time to go - I'm v envious... I'm so convinced our next trip (early Dec when we book it!) will be busier and not so good as I think we went at such a great time last year!

If you want an idea of times for queuing/character meets etc have a look at my trip reports below :)

Me too!!! Maybe see you all there!!

You'll probably see us wandering round the park:

Well, if you see us, be sure to wave to me (The girl).... My Fiance wouldn't have a clue what was going on! :lmao:

Hi, we went 8th Sept last year for 5nights/6days we had hardly any wait for any rides (apart from crush 45mins) Tot about 15mins max, RnRc no wait, TM 15mins, SM 10mins the only day we found it busy was our last day in the park (sat) we had a 30min wait for ToT 45mins wait for TM, i guess this was because it was the weekend. We found it best to use magic hours to get Fantasyland or Discoveryland done with our DD. Then headed over to other rides that were not open for magic hours and get FP or ride them if not much of a queue. The weather was lovely (apart from a thunderstorm one night which was fun). We were all in shorts and t-shirts and dd wore her princess dresses all holiday although she had a light jacket on for the evenings. hope you have a lovely time.
