Any way to change a username?

The username I'm currently using was my "default, can't think of anything else" for a long time. But honestly all of the numbers at the end just bug me now. Any way I can knock them off, or even just the last two?

If you want to change your username, you will have to start from scratch.

I remember on some message board I used to visit, a girl changed her name just by asking a moderator. But I don't know if that can be done here. Also, I don't know any moderators! Haha.

the only way to get a different user name is to start fresh.... Sorry about that
