One three day reservation - us for one night and the other people for the other?

How do I do this? I have a three night reservation and it looks like we will only be able to stay for the first night. We have friends who want night two and night three. How do I do this with member services? Will they redo my entire reservation for one night for me and then theirs for the other two?

Please advise.

Ideally, the solution would be to change the 3 night reservation to 1 night and book another reservation for two nights.
However, if there is a waitlist you will not be able to do this.
Brainstorming (if there is a waitlist)--are there more than 4 people in both parties? I was thinking if there are two of you and two of them, just add their names onto your reservation (assumes that either of you are not planning to do DDP). Then, request a full cleaning for your studio after the first night--this option will cost you for the full cleaning (Additional Full Cleaning Rates: Studio Room - $30.00 per day requested)

This plan works in theory, but we have been very disappointed with the paid for "full cleaning" when we did this last month. The full cleaning did NOT include vacuuming or mopping the kitchen. It was basically change the sheets and towels. This was at AKV, and they even left the dirty soaps in the soap dishes of the bathroom. I made them come back, because I had different guests arriving.

In addition to the comments above, you should realize that unless it is divided into two separate reservations the credit card used for the first day will remain on the account until checkout so your guests charges will be added to your card unless you remove charging privileges from their cards.

This could work if you have all names on the reservation and then pay for the full cleaning as suggested, but I'd prefer to have 2 reservations and to accomplish that you will need to revise your current reservation into two which will involve cancelling and rebooking.
