The same as the other major carriers, no better or no worst. They do often offer upgrades to first class for $50 - $150 depending on the length of your trip if available.

They are big on extra fees. Baggage, blankets, pillows. Rumor has it that they taking back the charge for coffee, water & soft drinks.

Otherwise, baggage is about the same outside of JB or SW and honestly, I don't know many outside of long haul flights who use airplane pillows or blankets.

We flew with them for a few years. Paid for one trip and flew on them for the next four trips. They were so over booked on all of there flights that they were offering free trip vouchers. We ended up volenteering our seats four times over the course of one trip!!!!The DD's were small and we had the extra time so why not.
However when my youngest developed a terrible fear of planes all the volenteering stopped. We now book direct only and never give up our seats
They were no worse or better than any other airline we have flown with. They just do not have direct flights from where we are from or I probably would still be using them.
