We booked a cat 12 room and we were originally assigned 2021 which ia a cat 12 next to the service elevators. I was concerned because all rooms say noise is an issue in this room. I sent an email to DCL guest relations and logged on today to see we have been moved to 2098 - which is a cat 9!

Booked first cruise ever and paid for Cat 10 got tickets and was upgraded to Cat 7. Hopefully they didnt make a mistake leaving in the AM.

Thank you for taking the time to read my e mail. We are booked on an upcoming cruise on the Disney Wonder. We booked a Cat 12 guarantee cabin and have been assigned room 2021. My concern is that there are several websites that do cabin reviews and every single review states that their is a lot of noise due to being buy the service elevators. I realize we are paying a reduced rate for this room, but am wondering if there are any other areas we could be moved to. At this point paying for a room upgrade is out of our means, but I am hoping there is another comparable room that is available. Thanks again for taking the time to address my concern. I just booked today and am also in a CAT 12. My last curise in Dec I booked a CAT 11 and ended up with a CAT 7 upgraded 1 week before cruise. There is still hope for us yet. I'd be happy with any upgrade but am thrilled to be on the ship again so soon. As soon as I booked I went to the meet forum and found out we will be surrounded by fellow DISers That made my day. See you all soon. I think the most we have had on one cruise was 8 cabins for our FE group. This is awesome. I can't wait to go shopping.
