Planning to take advantage of 4/3 deal!

We are trying to plan a trip for 4 adults and three children (6,2,1.5).

So far I have a package (Buy 4. get 3) priced out through Disney's site including dining, luggage costs at airport, parking at airport, tips for luggage and Mousekeeping, BBB for 6 yo DD, and adding the Park Hopper option to our tickets since the pricing online only includes the base price. Can anyone think of what I may be missing?

We are in preliminary stages of planning, and trying to establish what we need to save for not including spending money.

We are also looking into the Rewards Visa thinking it is a great thing to have and use! (We have applied and were approved for this. Just waiting for card to arrive). We plan on using TGM as we had great success with him on our last trip. We are also considering joining AAA provided we can save at least the cost of the membership on this trip. (thoughts?)

We were just there in November 2007, but we only had to bring spending money since MIL paid for the trip, so planning is more tedious this time around.

Our travel time is flexible, but would love to know what our best bet is for the summer months and crowds. DH's bday is 6/27, so we would also love to take advantage of the free park birthday thing if we could.

On this point, definitely check with AAA, but I believe you have to have rack rates for the 4 days and tix, in order to get the 3 free. That's what my AAA agent told me.

But I find AAA worth the cost of membership anyway. We give them a workout just getting all the maps we need, and not having to worry as much about emergencies during travel.

Wish I could offer more advice about trip times, our first big summer visit is coming up, too.
