Are pirate rooms ready at CBR?

Haven't heard anything yet-but someone posted a few pics of the room here-can't remember where though:confused3

We are staying in a Pirate room for 3 nights starting on Feb 21!! :cool1: :cool1: I can't wait. I will definitely take some pictures to post! :thumbsup2

We just booked for June! Cant wait to see the rooms in person.:cool1: This was our 3rd option, what can we expect from this resort as this is our first time to stay here?

The rooms look super cute!
Do you just request a pirate room?
How is the resort other wise?
thnks nettii

They do look pretty cute. I had no desire to return to CBR, but this room might change my mind.

You have to ask for a Pirate room...they're $25 more. We're staying in one in April....

The pirate rooms are extra and are also furthest away from the main building is what I read.

roscopco (LOVE your screen name!:thumbsup2 ) was that $25 per night more?

Thanks! It tells my age a bit though, lol....yes, $25 per night, and it's in the furthest building BUT from info on here, even that is only a 10-15 minute walk anywhere....I don't consider that "far" myself.:confused3

having stayed in Trinidad South (where the pirate rooms are located), I wouldn't recommend it. The walk is really quite far (I know it doesnt sound too long, but when it's early and you're hungry for breakfast, it is) and in turn it's not worth it to go to the themed pool. The plus side is that it's very quiet. However with the addition of the pirate rooms I'm sure that will change.

We are planning to stay in a pirate room in our next trip, that's my kids wish on the next holiday. I hope I will grant their wishes. :lmao: Anyway, great pics coming here. :thumbsup2

Have a nice day everyone. :)

I think it's relative, we stayed at Pop and got a preferred room, and it was a 15 minute walk to our car. So I am excited that there is parking next to the building!

I'm glad I read this thread first!

We wanted to reserve a pirate room for our September trip, but our 2 year old twins won't walk that far to breakfast without first running into traffic, scaring off the birds, tripping each other, and making my husband and I wonder "what were we thinking"?

THANKS!
