We blew it-tried to upgrade hopper to AP when we got home.

Never realized we had to do it in person at the gates-just thought we had 14 days. Called today with the hoppers in hand and they said forget it (DVC and Disney). Oh well-live and learn. Will have to strategize the next trip and try to time it better.

OH I am soooooooooooo sorry. I know you are so upset. I wish there was a way for you to upgrade them. Anyone have a suggestion????

Well, this is one time we were not super set on doing AP's or we would have just got them instead. But 3 of us (out of 12) may go back for Spring Break depending on airfare. We were willing to chance it and buy 3 today until this happened. No biggie-but seems odd this day in age.

I know you can buy tickets @ The Disney stores, not sure if you would br able to upgrade what you have to AP. you could always call and ask so not to waste a trip for nothing. If you do call I would ask for the store manager and get their name if they say you can.

Sorry, but there is no way to upgrade your tickets via the phone or internet. It has to be done in person.

The Disney Store can't help you with that at all.

Thanks Jan, we will avoid further checking. Its really Disney missing out on this actually. Of course we will be going back sometime-just would have dropped a bunch of cash in thier lap sooner-we have plenty of bills to use it on.
