Water rides at US/IOA?

So I checked out the info on the website and it appears the water rides are all at IOA? Is that right? Want to be prepared (clothing & shoe wise) when we go. Are there any water rides at US that I need to be prepared for? I see there are a few at IOA and I know one at SW (we are going there too).

Thanks!!!

Yep - that's correct. Can't think of anything at UO that would get you wet.

You may want to take clothes to the studios. There is a great playground themed by Curios George. Giant buckets dump on you and there are many water guns and pipes you can fit together to help water flow. If your children are anything like mine though, a small puddle can become a water park like experience!!:lmao:

Noted - change of clothes for DD5 at US...if there is water, she'll sniff it out :) Thanks!

Ok. So where do I NOT sit?

In the middle of a row would be good. I always sit on the edge, and all I can remeber is getting sprayed a little. I've never gotten splashed, but I suppose that could happen in a certain seat (althought I wouldn't know which one).

We went Christmas week and I have to tell you the water is freezing!!!!! on Dudley Do-Right and Popeye's!!!! But it was a blast!

On Jaws, either sit in the middle of the row, or (if you really want the end) get in the front row. There's this chum bucket that dumps on the back rows and can get you really wet if you're on the righthand end:thumbsup2

The water on Dudley is imported from Canada and is kept Canada Cold. And Popeye's water is cold because Bluto (the bad guy) is a cold-hearted guy, so he made the water cold as well! :upsidedow

Oh - you guys are so NOT nice ;) !!! Thank heaven for people like Buckeyeguy. On our last trip we rode Jaws in hopes of getting a bit wet & didn't get so much as a drop - must have been sitting in the front or the middle of the rows. Glad to know where I need to have DH & DS's sit now :rolleyes1 .

My first time at universal last Jan, it was about 58 degrees out, and 9am. We went on dudley do right, not thinking we would get soaked. It was FREEZING! worst choice ever. That ride has evil thoughts in my head.
