Question about how late busses run regarding a dinner reservation

We have dinner reservations at Jiko at 750pm on a night where AK closes at 8pm. I think I have read somewhere that busses run an hour after a park closes, does this mean that we should plan on finding a cab to get us back to POP that night? Will the busses keep running untill guests are done eating? Do we have any other options? Thanks in advance!!

Jiko is at Animal Kingdom Lodge, not at the park. Jiko is a slow paced dinner so I would not count on buses to/from the park still running by the time your meal is over. Your options will be to leave AKL on a bus to DTD and transfer there to a Pop bus or take a taxi.

IMO, the bus/transfer takes a long time. I'd just grab a taxi at AKL. Should cost you somewhere between $15 and $20, plus tip.

No, there's quite a distance between the two.

You may be able to take the Disney buses, connecting at Epcot. If there are extra magic hours there, maybe even at Disney Studios.

Since you are leaving AK that late your only option may be to go to DTD, since drivers are not supposed to bring guests to the park after the park closes (with some exceptions).

Also because of the late hour you might find that you are the only guests on the DTD bus. If that is the case, I would tell the driver that you are going to POP and chances are good that he will take you directly to POP.
