Has Anyone Done the Fishing Excursion?

I'm seriously thinking about doing this one morning but really wanted some more information from someone that has done it. Any pointers or info greatly appreciated.

It's expensive and IMHO for those of us who have fished Bay Lake, very aggravating as many of the good fishing spots have been banned to us fishing fools who don't wish to pay for the excursion (ie, behind the Contemporary).
The guides know the prime spots and you should catch some nice fish. I caught my biggest and most colorful bass out of Bay Lake years ago. It's spring fed and very clean and clear and there are definitely some lunkers to be had.
If you have the $$$ it will be a fun time.

Well, I was thinking for me and 3 of the kids, I'd be willing to pay about $200 for a complete fishing trip. Is it more than that?

We have done the excursions many many times.
Yes it is expensive. The price runs in the neighborhood of 250.-275.00,,
this is for up to 5 people. The guides are great with first time fishers and kids. They furnish everything,, you make a ressie and then show up at the appionted time.

They also provide water/soft drinks,,and if its early morn, sometimes coffee.

Bring a camera.

If you want a great experience,, do it. Keep in mind , it is fishing,,most trips you will do great,, sometimes are not so great. But for me,,when I have xtra money, it's worth it.

If you want to spend some time on Lake Toho, there is better fishing. Or at least my DH experienced that. He did the Disney one and enjoyed the guide and the fishing. He caught a few small bass. Then he did Lake Toho )15 min drive) and loved it. He was gone for 6 hours and caught tons of bass. Up to an 8 pound I believe. Some of the guides will pick you up too. It will cost more....but less per hour.

I see this is your second post, and we too have caught some beautiful
fish from that lake.
