Photopass CD Question

I am going to order our photopass CD this week. If I add borders or black and white to any of my original pictures, will they be on my CD? I've spent a little time tonight adding enhancements to my pictures, but thought I might be wasting my time if these won't be on the CD.

Yep, you're wasting your time. I was incredibly frustrated to find that my hours of adding borders, etc. to my pictures were all for naught. It's a real load of stuff, that is. I did not want to and could not justify their cost for single prints. They've sort of got us btw the rock and hard place. I sent an email complaining about it and suggesting that they offer it as an add on. I would've gladly paid another $30 or so for the CD, I really liked the enhancements I'd done. So...sorry to be the wet blanket, but use them in a photo book or something, or just order the prints b/c they won't be on your cd.

Has something changed? I edited many of our Photopass pictures from last year to add borders and text and they all had the updates on my cd.

We did not upload any of our own photos. Not sure if that was an option then.

I was going to order a cd for our upcoming trip but if edited photos are not on the cd I would skip it.

Are you sure? From all of the previous threads I've read about this, your edited pics DO come on the CD.

Well, I'll know soon since I put borders and enhancements on some of mine. I just gave in and ordered. My first few have some things I added. I won't know the answer for awhile though!

Edits you make to the photos taken by PhotoPass photographers ARE included on the CD. Photos you upload from your own camera and any enhancements you make to them are NOT included, nor are any of the 'stock' Disney photos, although you can use both of these in building products such as calendars or photobooks.
