I booked the 4/3 deal so I could give my 19 yr old daughter a trip for Christmas.

It's a budget trip and she's a vegan. I will probably book a dinner at Boma but besides that it's strictly CS.

Please recommend your favorite vegan CS meals. Thanks! :flower3:

The chili at Columbia Harbour House is vegan, and the Lighthouse sandwich should be vegan without the broccoli slaw. They have Boca burgers in Pecos Bill's and Cosmic Ray's. So that's MK. In Epcot, there's Sunshine Seasons with several choices, and Tangierine Cafe has a couple options (I believe the lentil salad is not vegan), and there's another veggie burger in Liberty Inn. In the Studios, they could make the veggie cheeseburger without cheese at Rosie's and the veggie sandwich without cheese at Backlot Express, and there's a pita sandwich in Starring Rolls that might work. In AK, the only choice is a veggie burger at Restaurantosaurus.

Some snacks are vegan, like pretzels, Itzakadoozie bars and kaki gori in Epcot's Japan. There are also some fruit stands.

At the Animal Kingdom, there's an absolutely lovely fruit plate at Flame Tree that is vegan without the yogurt. I'm lacto-ovo and dabbled with veganism earlier in the year, and adored the fruit.

Sunshine Seasons also has many choices, at Future World in Epcot.

I have a list here that I made earlier in the year with items that may be or possibly could be veganized

(I see I skipped CHH for some reason, not sure why, the chili is amazing though)

Fruit is great, but I don't consider it a meal. :)

I usually agree (I eat a lot of protein), but I was astounded by the size of this one. It was a third of a cantaloupe, third of a honeydew, half an orange, third of a pineapple, large bunch of grapes, and quite a bit else.

Thank you, everyone! :flower3:

The links and comments were all very helpful.

If you do other TS don't be afraid to ask for vegan options. I have a vegan friend who came to our WDW wedding this spring. Narcoossee's sent the chef out to discuss options with her. She had a 4 course meal - apps to desserts - all custom prepared for her. It was pretty cool!

She only went to MK with us that week, but she loved the veggie burger at Pecos Bill and the CP buffet - lots of veggie options.
