Moms Panel

Hi to my fellow Canadians. I just want to give a huge thank you for all of the PMs I received for being selected to the 2009 moms panel. At this point I'm not sure if I'm the only Canadian on the panel or not, but regardless, I'll do my best to be our Canadian rep!

What did you have to do to get on it?

Thanks again everyone for your congrats. The process started with a general call to answer 3 questions in 100 words or less. This was capped at 20,000 entrants, though I'm not sure how many they received. Questions were along the lines of "tell us your best Disney tip." Then an email came saying I made it to the second round, with three more questions (100 words max again). Similar questions "how would you celebrate?", best Disney memory.

Then I got an email saying I made it to the last round, which was a 15 minute interview. The first parts were a breeze, but I actually got nervous before the interview. They interviewed 32 people for 16 positions. I got the call on Wednesday that I was selected. From what I can see so far, I'm the only Canadian, and there is one person from the UK. I think the rest are from the US.

We go for training Dec 5-9. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again!
