Anyone book WDW package through Westjet

Just curious. We booked a package through them via Scotia Rewards and we were told that we don't get any documentation sent to us other then the confirmation letter that we take to the airport. They said we will get the vouchers for our meal plan and park passes at the hotel. Can anyone confirm this?

Caa gave me a packet of things. Coupons, adr #, flight info. They gave me a printout of what I paid for , tickets to the party I paid for, I still have to pick up my magical express tags, caa tags. You will need to have booked magical express ahead of time to use this service it's not automatic. All other things ( tickets,meals)are waiting at the hotel for us when I arrive.

See they told me everything is done, all I need is my confirmation email - that's why I'm hoping someone has booked through West Jet.

We used west jet for our september trip and we didn"t receive anything until we got to POP...so you are good to go, don"t panic. Our vacation was great with west jet. We did call and book ME and they sent us our bag tags and confirmation booklet.

And they didn't mention that to me - I had a feeling they weren't giving me all the info. Do you know where I can find the number to call ME. We're leaving in just under 3 weeks, so I'm hoping I'll have it in time. I even questioned about that and they said everything was covered.

The # for ME is 1 866 599 0951, When we received our tags we were missing 2 so I called and they sent new ones out UPS the next day so don't worry you have lots of time.

Thank you! Just called them and booked it. They said 7-10 days as their estimate to receive documentation.
