I have Aunts and cousins in St.Maarten as well...but could not refuse going to St. Croix this time around since I have been trying to go to St. Croix for years now. I have never been to St. Maarten even though I have plenty of family out there....I just wish St. Maarten was added to this list too. It is really expensive though...Still, I would have loved that....I hope Disney decides to add St. Lucia to that list too..I was born there, and have plenty of family members out there too. I have been hoping to go there for some time also...but for some reason Disney always wins...Well, if Disney decides to add all of those islands,I will just love it.

Provided the kids have fun, it's all I need to know.

I've been to St. Croix and did not find it particularly interesting. My real desire was to go to St. Maarten, but those cruises were much more expensive. It won't matter to the kids anyway, so the fun will be all theirs.

Just looking for some nice quiet time with my bride while the 3 kids play on their own.

Well, for those of us who don't have kids, perhaps we would like to know more about the island because WE want to have fun. Put me and my DH in that category.

Hello everyone

I was raised on the island of St.Crois USVI and still have plenty of family members still on the island. I will be going on this trip....I was suppose to go on the Double Dip cruise that would have taken place on September 27, 2008 to October 4, 2008, but thanks to Hurricane Ike, I had to change my plans. Anyway, I planned on going on this particular cruise, so Noo Prablam Maan!!!!

My family and I would love to hear about St. Croix. We have only been on the Disney 4 day cruise (2004) and we can't wait!

Hi all! We just booked this cruise following a b2b on the Wonder. It will be a family trip thanks to my parents. Coming are me (Christina, 35 then), DD Kate 5, DS Lucas 2, Dparents (better not give dates if I want them to continue to us on their trips ) DSis 33, Dbil 34, Dnephew 3 and TBA (to arrive in March)
This will be our first trip to St. Croix, but not our first cruise. We have been very luck that my parents love spending time with thier grandkids. I love to cruise and have been on many DCL cruises, but we are definately not experts. We spend a lot of relaxing and enjoying each others company, we just do not have the time at home.

We just got off the 9/27 double dip and booked this one while on board. It will be our 4th 7day cruise. My girls had a blast and wanted to be in the kids club more than with us.

It will be me, DH, DD -5, DD-5... at the time of the cruise and a new baby arriving in 2/09.

We just got off the Double Dip on Oct 4 and booked this cruise while on board. We where going to use it as a "park" date for the Med cruises, but we decided to keep it instead! We are looking forward to seeing the ship all decked out in its Santa Gear!

The cruise withdrawals have set in and all I can think about is my next cruise, that's why we had to do this Christmas cruise, waiting 2 years would just be plain miserable!

We had 16 months between the first TA and the double dip and it seemed like FOREVER (even with a week at WDW to tide us over in between).

Hi, everyone! Just found this thread. Sulley and I are on this cruise as well. We booked it while on the PC Eastbound in August! So excited! It will be our 5th Disney cruise, the 4th on the Magic. We are also booked on the June 12, 2010 inaugural Baltic cruise! The only thing we like more than cruising, is cruising with Mickey and the gang!
