How can I contact POR directly?

I need to make a request directly to POR about our reservations, according to Disney. However, they didn't give me a contact number, and I forgot to ask. Does anyone know where I might find that without having to call Disney again and go through all those recordings and what-not just to get the phone number? Thank you!!

All you are doing is calling a Disney call center. You aren't actually talking to the resort. The best thing to do is just call reservations with your requests.

Hmmm...I guess I'm lost. The person I spoke with when I called Disney said to call Port Orleans directly.

If all you are doing is standard room requests then reservations can handle that. The resorts don't even get your reservation until several days before arrival.

I'm sure they did tell you that and when you call the number, they will answer it as Port Orleans but it's a call center.

The call center does NOT answer the phone as POR. You can call the resort directly from that number but there are very few instances in which you will need to call the resort directly. What kind of request was it?

It's about my reservations...they are two seperate ones (one through Disney, one through Expedia (with Thank You points), but tied together, and Disney just told us to call POR directly to request we get the same room throughout for the whole time, since they said only the resort itself can handle that (not the people who actually book your reservations).

Then you talked to a new person. They did just have 3 new hire classes. They can just put "continue with res number XXXXXXXX" on the disney reservation. They cant touch the expedia res though

I actually spoke with 2 different people and Expedia told me the same thing. They don't need to do anything about my expedia reservation, we're just making a request that they are both for the same room (so technically the reservations are tied together through JUST the room, if that makes sense).

So what you're saying is that what they'll do is place us in our room under the expedia one (it's our first night) and then keep us in that room under the Disney one? (which is what I'm trying to accomplish by calling POR as instructed but you just made it sound so much simpler )

POR doesnt even get the res until 5-7 days prior to the travel date. What the CM should do it just put the expedia res number on the disney res with "continuing res"
