We changed to all star movies

We had booked Caribbean Beach, but I'm paying for most of it and I need to keep the cost down. I loved All Star Movies before, not sure my dh will like it. I know my kids will love it!

We love CBR but if we were to go Value we would go with ASMo. I'm sure your family will enjoy it! We have never stayed there, but it is the only Value that interests our family and we did visit it in May. Looks like a lot of fun! Have a great trip!

We loved ASMovies when we stayed there in 2006. We stayed in the Toy Story section...I don't think it was a preferred section then...It might be now. I know others complain about All Star buses, but we had no problems and the food court was great too. Hope you have fun.

You know, I'm booked at CSR right now, I loved it last December, but I'm looking at just plain and simple the cost difference.. I mean, heck I could almost afford to get a taxi a few times if I needed to / didnt want to wait around..


I stayed at Pop in Feb, and had no issues, except of course the crowds and the walks to the bus stops (park ones were always the farthest)..

I stayed at Pop last September (2007) and didn't really care for it. It was ok, but I liked the feel of Movies better

We have stayed at all of the value resorts and the Caribbean Beach before values were an option. The CBR is very nice we always were put in Martinique which is now a preferred bldg. I would not want to stay anyplace else there as it is a hike to the main pool and food court. You can take the internal bus to these places but to me that is a waste of time. I prefer the values, Movies is my favorite. To me it is a short walk to buses and main bldg (food court). Sometimes the buses are full and sometimes you share with the other All Star resorts, but I have never found it to be much of an issue for us. In my opinion, since you basically only sleep at your hotel, I would rather spend less on the room and stay longer.

This is what I was thinking. My dh wanted a bigger room, but I just think we would be better off staying in a value My daughter was mad when I told her, not because of switching to a value, but I switched to movies instead of music! Ds said he wanted to stay at Sports, .....

We stayed at the All Star Movies in September for our first trip and we loved it. We had the toy Story section and it is a preferred room. Enjoy.

I have stayed at all of the values and find that the POP has the best bus transportation....although I much prefer a moderate, I will be at POP this Thanksgiving because of the price difference..........

We stayed at the ASMo this past December. We had a blast! My DS loved Buzz Lightyear at the time and we stayed in the Buzz tower. Really cool. Mousekeeping was wonderful and we never had an issue with the cleanliness of the room. I can't comment on the buses since we rented a car. We are looking to travel back to the World in Dec of '09. Can't decide on a resort. Would love to splurge on a deluxe, but can't see spending the extra $ just to sleep and head off to the parks each day. Hope you have a wonderful stay at the ASMo!

we just got back from Allstar moves and loved it! It was clean and the food court was awesome!! Our room was in the buzz lightgear section also and it was so great hardly any walk to the pool and no noise....or maybe we were so tired we didnt hear anything!

Stayed in Toy Story section last March and asked to be there this March. We love All Star Movies. Any time we go we will always stay there.
